Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Ribeira Grande

Upon arrival in the apartment an overwhelming view from the open kitchen. Very cozy and really African furnished. No luxury but really atmospheric, which makes it so much fun. A home just in the middle of the locals in a traditional village. Nearby 2 delicious restaurants: O'Curral and Ady&Juju. Everything homemade. The first closed as early as 6pm but we could just order and take out. Then consumed at the bar in our open kitchen, because there was actually no better view than there... The walks in the surrounding area are insane.

Very nice space, in the center of the village, which gave us a good stay and good times, despite needing some maintenance. We were greeted by Gabi, who was available when we needed it. We leave a thank you to Veronica (Bar Pedra Balea), Gabi's sister, for her culinary gifts, the fish mass was divine. Thank you Odile.

Big and very nice place! Superb terrace without forgetting the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view ideal location, quiet in nature Sandra gave us a warm welcome, she even offers the preparation of good dishes An address that I would highly recommend to coculi

We had a lovely stay at Carlo's house and enjoyed his hospitality. The view is amazing and the house well equiped. Supermarkets, hiking spots and the town are all nearby - which was very conveniant. Great place to stay during visiting the valley!

We enjoyed the cottage. The simplicity… that's all you need. The 9 days we sat here sometimes slipped by reading, talking and watching. In addition to of course the beautiful walks. The sparrows, the cricket and the sound of the crashing waves, the rustling of the palms. Really seeing a bougainville and the bird of paradise flower. Everything is in the village and within walking distance, shops, restaurants. Marie- Hélène took care of everything and regularly came to ask if we needed anything. We feel safe and at home.

The accommodation is ideally located by the sea, very quiet, it feels good. Anny was as pleasant as could be and we can never thank her enough for her kind advice. The couple working for the house also perfectly represents Cape Verdean kindness and humility. I only have one desire, which is to go back because one night is too short to appreciate the place. Unforgettable stay in this lovely haven. The beautiful house is located by the sea with a lovely pool as in the photos. Not only the house and very pleasant but Anny is a very welcoming person, in sharing and human experience. She also has a good network/knowledge and a small team to make the stay easier (drivers to take you and pick you up from the departure/arrival points of the different hikes; evening meals prepared by Isa, Verdian cape for a maudique sum and excellent, much better than at the restaurant). I travel a lot and can assure you that I have rarely met such hospitality and this range of service without forcing. I leave with great memories and new friends! Thank you again!

Our stay at Kasa d’vizin was amazing. The apartment was beautiful, with thoughtful touches and a private balcony overlooking banana trees which a perfect spot to relax. Located in stunning Eito, it’s an ideal base for hiking and exploring the valley. The staff went above and beyond, and Hannelore, the owner, was incredibly kind and responsive. The sense of community, friendly neighbours, and delicious vegan and vegetarian-friendly meals made our stay even more special. We wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to return. Highly highly recommend! Already dreaming of coming back!

What to say except that everything was absolutely perfect. The breathtaking view is the great asset of this little gem located in the heart of the Paul Valley. We loved this atypical accommodation with a kitchen open to the valley, perfectly equipped and very clean. It is very well connected by public transport and restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. Katia was very available to advise and support us during our stay. Thank you so much for making these few days a magical, timeless moment!
