Vacation rentals in Ribeira de Pena

We stayed in Maria Filomena's apartment for a month and we loved it. The comfort of the oalce, the beatufil views, serenity and sound of village life. Maria Filomena was the greatest host, very friendly and generous. We trully felt at home. The Alvite area and Cerva is woderful location and we fell in love with this part of Portugal. The neighbours were cherry on top. Great couple, lovely to speak to. We will be back :)

Nathalie's place is gorgeus! The little village has a lot of character and you feel as if you were in a fairytale. she was very thoughtful and left some water, coffee, and other goodies in the fridge for us. There was a little issue finding the place at first because the like in airb&b sent us to a different town. However Nathalie quickly sent us the right address and we were able to find the place. There is no wifi in the appartment (it was not in the description); but adding internet connection would be a plus. As a family of 5 we had a great experience staying here.

Surrounding the beautiful house in the middle of nature but close to the town of Ribera de Pena so it was accessible to buy. The spacious house with a nice back area for breakfast, barbecue and recreation grounds for our dog. It has all the essential utensils with a typical "order" of town house. There was no toaster but it did sandwich so we were trying to roast the bread. Capsule coffee maker although we would have preferred the usual Italian (there was one but it was not in great condition). Covered, plates, glasses, etc left over. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Little pressure in the toilet flush but no problem. Both kitchen fires and hot water work with butano gas. The host was Maria, Joao's mother, very kind at all times. He waited for us on the road because you have to be very attentive the first time not to pass the crossing that leads to the house. Nos regaló patatas e fig de su horuerta.

Warm welcome from Sylvia at check in. Quiet place and beautiful view, the accommodation is very spacious and clean. Only negative point barking dogs at night.

The place is really interesting, cozy and large. There are many bedrooms and enogh heaters to heat the entire house really quick. Finally, the peaceful street and beutiful surroundings makes this spot perfect for relaxing.

We spent a week in this marvelous little house. It was just as expected, cozy, quiet, and super cute. Cristina and her family are very helpful and pleasant. It was a fantastic vacation!!! Fully recommended, a 10!!!!

Great stay with my team. We set up our home and office for 15 days in this very welcoming home. The various spaces she offers allowed us to cook, work and have fun together. You'll notice a beautiful fireplace that makes the space very pleasant. The environment is simply very beautiful and relaxing. The old stones, the little cats, the oranges, the bbq, the TV, everything was there to ensure that the stay went smoothly. A word also for Natalia, our host, who was always attentive and with whom contact is super easy and friendly.

We spent one night in this little cabin and enjoyed it very much. The way to the property was very complex and tight with the car, but it's worth it! The view is fantastic and we spent the evening in the excellent company of some furry friends. Also the hot tub was undoubtedly one of the best part in our stay. The host always responded very quickly to questions and also very nicely proactively asked if everything was right. I can highly recommend it and will be back!
