The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, one bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.

Hinkelshof - ecological, near Vianden & Müllerthal

We have been living on the beautiful Hinkelshof since 2018. The farm has a total of 3 double bedrooms with a large bathroom on the ground floor. In the outbuilding there is a large lounge with a pellet stove and self-catering kitchen. We live on the Hinkelshof and reside on the upper floors of the house, which is separated from the ground floor by a door. We also use the hallway between the guest rooms. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are for your private use.

Loft in a converted barn

We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

Torhaus in Kemel

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Expanded barn in historic courtyard

The property offered here is located in the former barn of our historic courtyard complex. Modern comfort, antiques and the historic buildings offer a unique atmosphere to feel good. The bathroom with corner bathtub, as well as a bedroom are located in the upper level, in the middle of the living room, the kitchen a few steps down. On the lower level is the second bedroom with guest toilet. Overall, you can expect 110 square meters of living space.

Köbelerhof - Stylishly furnished country apartment

The Köbelerhof is a paradise for nature lovers - as a former estate of the nearby Arnstein Monastery this farm is still actively managed and maintained today. Surrounded by its own fields and forests, the farm is located in the middle of the Nassau Nature Park. From the front door, you can take undisturbed walks for hours along the Dörsbach in the Jammertal or the Lahn, where you can relax at beautiful viewpoints over the valleys.

In the stable – side by side with chickens and horses

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Scheunenidylle

Mein Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Ulmen, ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Weidenstraße 7A – unweit vom Ulmener Maar und der Burgruine. Vor einigen Jahren befand sich in diesem Anwesen noch eine alte Scheune, die meine Brüder liebevoll zu einem charaktervollen und urigen Landhaus umgebaut haben. Auf der gemütlichen Holzterasse können sie den Tag ausklingen lassen und die Idylle des Abends genießen.

Restored with love... Enjoy a leap into the cold Maar (30m), a sundown at the castle (80 m), hiking, cycling or visit the famous Nürburgring (18 km). The Rennscheune - Heavenly in the Green Hell

This apartment is a very special place. Originally, this apartment was a barn, which was probably built in 1903 and over the years fulfilled many purposes, until we bought the ruin in 2010 and from 2016 to this beautiful, almost 75sqm apartment rebuilt. It was important to us to preserve as much of the old substance as possible and combine it with a modern style
