Beautifully renovated and individually furnished, quiet guest suite with private entrance on 2 floors with 40 square meters. Best location, 10 minutes' walk from the city park and the old town, numerous excursion possibilities nearby. The private terrace with access from the stylish living room, the view of the beautiful garden, the separate kitchen, the guest toilet as well as upstairs the bathroom and especially the sleeping area with a view of the surrounding gardens invite you to a relaxing stay.

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. The light-flooded apartment is about 100 square meters. It can accommodate up to four people on the outskirts of Wesel, in the district of Fusternberg. All rooms are tiled, the blinds are electric. One window in each room has an insect repellent. Walk to the train station about 5, to the city about 10, to the cathedral about 20 minutes. Since the apartment is in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet despite its central location. Please follow the house rules. Not suitable for infants.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.
