In total there are four boxspringbeds on which my guests can have a great sleep. Upon request I am happy to offer a full breakfast for every taste. LueserLANDLUST

"LüserLANDLUST" means "Pleasure to be on the countryside" and the house is an historical protected site built in 1759, which has been completely renovated in 2015. There are 4 bedrooms, which offer enough space for 4 to 6 people. We kept the spirit of the house by a respectful restauration with keeping part of the original furniture and decoration from the 50ths to the 70ths. Please be aware that the ceiling is 2,20m ( 7,3ft) in the first floor and 1,85 m ( 6 ft ) in the second floor minus 10 cm ( 0,3ft) for joists in some rooms. The house has got 4 bedrooms ( 2 double, 2 single ) , 1 bathroom,1 spacious living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen. If you are a party of 5 or 6 you may use another extra bathroom, wich is still in original condition, but ok as well.... We provide everything you need for a pleasant stay: bed linen, towels, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, water boiler.

Das Apartment bietet einen optimierten Aufenthalt hauptsächlich für buisness-reisende, Messegänger, oder ähnliches Engagement, da ein ruhiger und energetisch unterstützender Ort geboten wird. Du brauchst mit dem Zug in die Köln-Innenstadt 15 min und zur Köln-Messe 20 min. Es wird geachtet das Wäsche gewaschen, Klopapier und Handtücher aufgefüllt werden. Zudem haben wir eine routinierte Putzfrau. Ich stehe für eine herzliche und offene Kommunikation für bestmöglich organisierten Aufenthalt.

From our trendy accommodation you can easily get to local insider tips. The room is a five-minute walk from the main train station with direct connections to the trade fair/airport/city centre. A parking space in front of the door can be booked for 10 €/night. It is a 15-minute walk to the centre. The neighbourhood is multicultural, the street and the backyard quiet. We are the owners of the house, have renovated it ourselves and offer an airbnb room. We are happy to prepare breakfast for you.

Welcome to our luxurious house in the residential village Meerbusch LANK-LATUM. Close to the TRADE FAIR which is located in the north of DÜSSELDORF, separated by the river Rhine only. Public transport to the trade fair available from Mon-Fri with direct bus (12 minutes), all days by car/Taxi/Uber, one exit only on the motorway. We offer a spacious room (16m²) including a rich continental breakfast and a separate bathroom exclusively for our guests. We speak English, Dutch, French, German.

Durch die Lage in einer Spielstraße und Sackgasse ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und müssen mit gebucht werden.
