it is a very nice apartment with close to the beach, the apartment has two terraces, two bedrooms as well as an open kitchen and a large living room; nearby, there is a very good restaurant, unfortunately there is no associated parking space to the apartment, which you have to look for yourself in the public space, which is not easy and can also be paid seasonally! for us (3 people + a dog) it was a successful vacation!

Rita's apartment is a beautiful place to stay and she is very kind and welcoming person. You find everything what you need there, everything is clean and you feel like at home. The building is next to the river, across which you find nice city center, many shops, cafes, restaurants. The sea is also close, parking spot is under your window... We recommend it!!

The place is great. Beautiful simple furnishings, the kitchen has everything you need and the beach is a 5-minute walk. A special highlight are the sauna and the whirlpool. Would definitely book again.

We spent a week our vacation in the apartment, the welcome was extremely warm so that we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cozy, everything we needed to relax was there. The location was fantastic 5 minutes to the beach, but very quiet . It was all within walking distance of great places to eat and do activities. Conclusion thanks to Beata's great accommodation, our vacation was so beautiful🥰 we will definitely book again if we can . We can highly recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is modern and was very clean. The host was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The underground parking space, which belonged directly to the apartment was particularly convenient. The spa area is open until 10 pm, but we should have registered the sauna in advance, which was unfortunately not known to us. More detailed information in advance would have been helpful, as the instructions are only displayed in the spa area and exclusively in Polish. However, the staff on site were very helpful. In the low season it was pleasantly quiet, everything is within walking distance. However, hardly a restaurant was open after 8 pm. For the sofa bed there is an extra topper (in the bed box) for extra comfort. What we were missing in the living room were blackout curtains. The apartment is also somewhat clairaudient, which could be disruptive with noisy neighbors, as there are several Airbnbs in the residential complex. Overall nice stay & recommendation!

The sea view is amazing, the photos do not reflect this. The sound of the sea and the landscape worked very relaxing and calming, so it's a great place to unwind. The great thing is that there is a private descent to the beach and a variety of attractions in the building. The apartment was nice and clean, only with the drawbacks I could write, I was missing more towel racks. In summary, I really recommend and will come back to this place!

Our stay was really great! Due to a problem with another place, we had to rebook at very short notice and decided on Edyta's apartment. Just 20 minutes after the request, everything was cleared up and we were able to enter the accommodation. The apartment was clean and the amenities and location so close to the beach perfect! When we asked for a new toaster because the old one was unfortunately defective, we received an immediate response and it was taken care of. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Edyta's place! :)

A very nice hostess with a very nice husband. Everything was clean and nicely prepared. By simply knocking on her door, she was always immediately responsive. She also gave us homemade bread with a sausage platter and chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were flexible. All in all, a very nice and pleasant stay.

We recommend the house gladly. We stayed there with 7 adults and 4 children. The amenities were great, there were also all the little things that are sometimes not part of it (e.g. dishwasher tablets or salt). Communication was very friendly, helpful and prompt. The view of the lake was really wonderful. The small negative points: the access roads are in a bad condition and the house was a little clairvoyant with the 4 noisy children. Overall, we felt very comfortable and we pronounce our recommendation!

There were eight of us and we were very satisfied, we felt very comfortable immediately. Despite the delay on our part, there was no problem with check-in. Thanks to fast communication from the hostess, it was also very friendly and helpful. Privacy was there even though we were not alone. Access directly to the quiet beach and the lawn with trampoline minitor and badminton net were very nice so perfect also for families. It won't be our last visit.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach, so we could enjoy the sand and sea whenever we wanted. The house is nestled in a gorgeous garden surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were there for a bachelor party with 7 people. From check-in to departure, everything was optimal and maximally flexible. Thomas himself was there in person at the shortly announced arrival time and gave us a good introduction to the house and how to use the sauna, pool, equipment, etc. The house was 110% clean and even barefoot you couldn't feel a crumb. We had a great time and had a lot of fun thanks Thomas. Gladly come back

We had a really nice time at Julian's house! We particularly loved the sauna and the proximity to the sea, through the enchanted forest. Absolute recommendation if you are looking for peace and nature - we found it there anyway!

We were there with the family over Easter and had a really nice time! The kitchen was nice and large, the dining area and outdoor area super cozy – perfect for eating together and spending time. We found the canoes that were right on site particularly cool. This allowed us to take a big lap, which was really a highlight. The owner was very nice. The beds were super comfortable and it had everything you could ever need. For us, it was an all-round successful family vacation.

We had a lovely time at Johanna's place! The location is perfect for anyone seeking tranquility and relaxation. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and really invite you to switch off. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from the well-equipped kitchen to the barbecue in the garden, everything was available. A small drawback was maybe the somewhat bumpy way by car to the house (last few hundred meters), but that wasn't a big deal for us. Bed linen and towels had to be brought along. The billing for water and electricity was fine. All in all, we had an amazing stay. Especially the terrace with barbecue invites you to relax. We can recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back

A wonderful place that immediately feels like home. Thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes, smart tech for the entire place ( like a beamer for movie night) and an excellently equipped kitchen. Best of all - a short walk to the gorgeous beach.

The apartment is clean, very well equipped, brilliant terrace! Feel free to see the sea over your morning coffee! 4 people felt very comfortable! Location in terms of restaurants, attractions and proximity to the beach perfect!!! The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and it's still in the center! Sabina is very kind and helpful. Even if we want to find some downsides-no!!! I recommend it with a clear conscience!!! We are very happy!

Lukasz` home is a very nice appartement not far ( about 8-10 min walk through a forest) from the wonderful west beach of Kolberg. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. The appartement has two bedrooms with very compfy beds, a nice bathroom and a very cosy living room. The kitchen is very well equipped and we liked to cook there in the evening. We also loved the coffee machine, which one makes really good coffee ;-). The appartement is lokated in a calm residential area and there is a little forest nearby. Also you find a swimming pool an a very nice Sauna in the complex, which one we also loved to visit. So its a perfect place for recreation. The center of Kolberg with lots of shops, restaurants and bars and a very charming old center is about 10 min by car from the appartement. Lukasz is a very friendly host and helps you with all informations you need. We can really recommend this place and would like to come back! Thank you Lukasz! Best regards from Berlin!

Very nice apartment for two, well-equipped, with a quiet balcony and especially close to the sea. Comfortable is parking on the premises and the possibility of using the hotel offer (wellness, restaurants, equipment rentals). The communication with the owners is perfect, fast and accommodating. We'd love to come back :-)
