En front de mer, notre studio de 40m2 est indépendant de la maison (située en face). Nous partagerons le portail d'entrée et le jardin. Vous aurez accès directement depuis le studio à une grande terrasse, non couverte. Entre tradition et modernité, il est équipé à neuf et climatisé, idéal point de départ pour découvrir l'authenticité de l'Est de La Réunion (St benoit, Salazie, Ste Suzanne). Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir et vous conseiller au mieux pour vos escapades. A bientôt!

Small comfortable bungalow with mezzanine recently built at the end of our garden with equipped kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed , bathroom, sleeping area in mezzanine and terrace with small barbecue overlooking a garden ( banana trees, mango trees, palm trees...) . Small sea view of the bungalow and beautiful sea view for sunsets on the terrace behind the bungalow. The large swimming pool of our property and its deckchairs are free access from 8am - 8pm - 8pm. Spacious ground floor of a house. You will enjoy a bedroom, a bathroom, a work/relaxation area. A kitchen area and everything you need to cook the dishes of your choice are at your disposal. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. The yard is fenced and there is space to park your car! No air conditioning, but fans are available in the accommodation. Close to shops and the national road.

Villa des Brises – the studio

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!

Chalet between sea and mountain

Welcome to our cottage in the heart of a 2300 m² park, with sea views, which sleeps 2 people with all the comforts. You will be on the terrace at 350 meters altitude facing the sunset over the Indian Ocean. If the chalet is not available, a 2nd structure in the same property may be available, gite toupey point com.

Self-catering accommodation 50m from the lagoon

15 minutes from Saint-Gilles and its crowd, you can enjoy this preserved site of the Pointe de Trois-Bassins and its direct access to the beach just 50 meters from your place of residence. This atypical accommodation of 45 m2 with its large patio, is independent of the main house and has a private entrance.
