Marcelo provided a great and wonderful Airbb experience. Always helpful and responsive. He went far and beyond my expectations. The beach front location paired with the walkable restaurant and store front conveniences were a added plus.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, wonderful location, next to the central river, the apartment is complete! And to top it off, I forgot an item of sentimental value in the apartment, and the host wrapped it with the greatest care in the world! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Super cozy and clean space! Environments equipped with air-conditioning, and complete kitchen with all the necessary electrons and accessories. We only had a little problem with the shower that was soon resolved, recommend and would come back.

I'd come back more often. The photos don't do justice to what the apartment really is. Me and my family really enjoyed.

Everything was great, from arrival to departure, the doormen are super polite and attentive, Igor always asked and responded promptly, the apartment was very clean and organized, everything according to the anumcip, in addition to a great location with walking distance to restaurants and the ferry that takes you to the beach ....I recommend it and will be back soon

WE WERE ABOUT TEN DAYS ON SITE AND EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE, THE HOUSE IS VERY WELCOMING AND GAVE US EVERYTHING WE NEED IN THE STAY: KITCHEN WITH UTENSILS ( WE LOVE TO PREPARE OUR CAFE OF THE MORNING) , GAS SHOWER, NETWORK TO READ, AMONG OTHER COMFORTS. QUIET PLACE NEXT TO THE FOREST ( FOR US, A PARADISE!!)

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

Amazing isn’t enough to describe this place and the hosts. This house is a utopia within a utopia. Within a gated community, this location was incredibly safe. The housekeepers were incredibly honest and friendly and kept the location clean even during our stay. Tathy was by far the best host I’ve ever interacted with and she made sure we enjoyed our stay. She answered every question I had and communicated well to inform us about the housekeeping hours so we wouldn’t get caught off guard. I will be visiting Rio again in the future and I will hope to stay at this location when I do. 100/10 experience. Would recommend them to anyone traveling to Rio

had a very nice stay! good space for a solo traveller. spacious compared to ho(s)tels. the hosts are extremere nice (gave all kinds of suggestions) , other guests too.

My family and I spent wonderful days at Cleide's property, we felt at home. The condominium where the house is located has a spectacular structure, especially for those who go with children, as it is very quiet, has bike paths, outdoor parks, access to the club, gym and practically private beach. We were during the carnival period and even though it was a more agitated time, it was super quiet. There was no noise after 22h, as determined by the condominium rule. We'll definitely be back for more opportunities!

Since first contact , Sérgio has always been very attentive, proactive and kind! Apartment is amazing I felt more at home than my own house , the view makes us bring more lightness. In addition Sérgio left a manual printed in 3 languages, with many interesting tips for those who go to Rio for the first time ! Everything impeccable , I will definitely come back ! Very clean place, in great state of use. Very kind and proactive host, answered all the questions very quickly. Very beautiful locale, I think within the condominium there is only one place with the clearest instructions to locate every thing inside, like an administrative point, as it is quite large and there are several towers. But nothing more to declare. The beach inside the condo is tumbo, for those who go with a child, would have to look for other options that have near there. I hope to come back more often.

The condominium is beautiful, just like the photos, and has everything, there is a market next door that you can walk to. The apartment has everything you need, just as a suggestion I would leave a clothesline because only the one in the laundry room is not enough. I will return more often for sure

I had a pleasant stay. The apartment is good, located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It has all the amenities, and Paulo was attentive and communicative throughout my stay. I will definitely return.

The apartment is the same was announced and the condominium contemplates everything necessary to meet the stay if you do not stroll through the city one of the days. As it is located in the Olympic Park, it is a bit far away but to use transportation it is quiet as there are nearby BRT stations leading to the subway. The hostess was requested and served us with education and everything else. I recommend airbnb, even more for shows at Farmasi Arena.

Very quiet house large and quiet, has a market in the condominium and many restaurants and beaches nearby I loved and I'm sure I will come back. Note: the porters always very polite and solicited gave tips and were always willing to help.
