Vacation rentals in Resende

The apartment is comfortable and with everything you need to live there in comfort. Franz is a kind, helpful, and discreet host. He gave us the opportunity to use his pool given the heat of those days, to eat the grapes he grows and the lemons. We rarely had such a good time. We also had the company of his very nice cat Tom who occasionally came to say hello to us. The house is in a location away from the chaos of the city and offers an enchanting landscape. You need a car to get around.

A spectacular house, we were 5 adults and 5 children and with plenty of space. Super equipped and functional kitchen, very good and large rooms, closed garage and large enough for 3 cars, and despite the time of year not being ideal, we still enjoyed the fantastic pool, which made the children super happy. Communication with the owners was not in person, but they were super explanatory and always ready to clarify any questions. Everything 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

We just left the house and we already miss it. We spent a few very happy days, with very good weather, which allowed us to enjoy the pool to the fullest. The home is beautiful, decorated with simplicity and good taste and has everything we need for a fantastic holiday All the little issues we had were immediately resolved, there is no cause for complaint. Our b*****s also enjoyed a lot, delirious about the number of cats they saw around on other grounds. Beautiful sunrise, space to sit, read a book and see the Douro river, where we saw incredible boats pass. Super recommend this space and we have noted to go back even more days at the next opportunity. Thank you! It's a small paradise ❤️

Manuel was very proactive and welcoming. He kindly gave us a tour of the owner and explained the small details. There is no washing machine for the laundry (contrary to what is stated in the description), he gave us access to the washing machine which is normally reserved for him. The view of the Douro is splendid and the backyard with pool and outdoor kitchen simply superb. The area is slightly remote, but if the goal is to find is privacy and quiet, it is a perfect place! It's easy to drive to visit the valley.

This is a family summer home where you instantly get a sense of peace. If you are looking for a quiet place to truly relax and recharge you have found it. Diane is helpful, responsive and kind. A gem!
