Relax with the whole family in this peaceful idyllic accommodation on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago but close to Stockholm City (30 minutes by car). A swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get into Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (car) or 10 minutes (bus). From here you can explore the Stockholm archipelago with all its amazing islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you can imagine.

Cozy cottage on Resarö Vaxholm, Stockholm Archipelago

Resarö is located in the municipality of Vaxholm, which is also called the archipelago capital. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need of a ferry. Communication to Stockholm and Vaxholm City is good, there are buses almost 24 hours. If you are coming from Arlanda Airport (ARN), it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. Nestled in a lush garden with animals, nature, and ocean into the knot. The bathing pier in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters from the house.

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cabin. The wood-fired hot tub that stands on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Welcome to a beautiful and modern summerhouse at Resarö in Stockholm Archipelago. A perfect place for those looking for an idyllic and comfortable place with close proximity to swimming, outdoor activities, the archipelago and Stockholm. In a very near walking distance from the house you will find four publicly available bath spots. The guesthouse is surrounded by a 100sqm terrace. You park your car right at your doorstep. Bedding, towels and final cleaning is included when you book.

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Big Garden.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
