Very good house! Good location too, very close to the beach. Spacious rooms, a well-ventilated house. Great for those who go with family, everyone is comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful, in search of a quiet place to spend my pre niver with my husband! The house is exactly like in the pictures, with a rusticity that reminded me of my grandmother's house. The surrounding countryside 🌿 brings an indescribable peace, I've had great nights of sleep. The room is large, comfortable, with air conditioning, spacious bathroom, shower with warm water, super-equipped kitchen🍳. The living room is cozy, perfect for cold days. Even without sunny days, we even managed to enjoy the pool🏊. In addition, the location is great, close to the center of Morretes, we have lunch in Olimpo, stroll and return (route about 10 minutes). Communication with the host has always been easy and objective. We look forward to returning soon!

It is my third time at this property and I can not recommend strongly enough. From the check in to the checkout , had been a pleasure to deal with the host and the maintenance team. As always, the house is immaculate , super clean, new mattress and the pool had crystalline water which is unusual for a gigantic house. The caretaker was there every day to assist us. We will be back next year. Thanks again!

The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches and everything we need around us. In addition to the house being beautiful and super complete – with all the necessary items, including a washing machine – what really stood out was Manoela's attention and care. She is an exceptional host, always available and willing to help with anything we needed. The house was impeccably clean and well maintained, which made all the difference in our stay.
