Simply great! The house offers a very pleasant environment for a family or friend getaway. Super well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable! I hope to be able to return in the near future again. We highly recommend the farm!

It exceeded my expectations!! From the beginning, Thomás attended to us promptly, even before we made the reservation. Very polite and helpful. We were with our 6-month-old baby and he arranged a crib for him to sleep in. In addition to indicating a local supplier for breakfast baskets. We decided to spend the weekend and celebrate my wife's birthday at Fernando's Airbnb, and it was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had with Airbnb. I travel the world frequently, and yet this place went straight into my top 3 best accommodations to relax and enjoy with family. From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Camila and her husband, who are incredible people and made all the difference in our stay. We started the days with a delicious breakfast prepared by them and, throughout the time, we had attentive support for any questions or needs. Despite the cold and rainy weather, the pool heated to 36 degrees was a perfect invitation to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend it to everyone who has the opportunity

The king site was perfect for the family reunion over the weekend!! Super comfortable for 22 adults and kids. All rooms are air-conditioned, with many comfortable beds and access to good bathrooms. Several rooms had up to 2 full beds. The kitchen has all the utensils and many refrigerators for large groups, which was perfect for breakfast, barbecue and meals. The space is very large. Everyone praised the house and was impressed with so much space! The area is very beautiful and quiet, there were horses that appeared on the site as if it were something magical. Vanderlei was very proactive with all the questions and helped a lot to coordinate everything, in addition to the caretaker who helped us in the house as well. I highly recommend the stay!! The place is really very quiet and safe for us and the dogs, being totally fenced, with no risk of escape and very spacious. The view from the living room, bedroom and pool is very beautiful. Agnes welcomed us very well, making us feel very comfortable and always available to assist us. We recommend it for those who like a quiet place and can take their dogs.

It was an experience from start to finish. My goal was to find peace, quiet and nature. I went on vacation and wanted to isolate myself from society lol and I did it! The chalet is a show apart! Impeccably clean, charming, all in very good taste. I slept in the living room to wake up and sleep seeing nature. Wow, what peace! Alexandre was very helpful, he answered all my questions. A very dear host! To get to the cottage, I had the support of Cris and Fernando, from Rota da Serra Turismo, with the 4x4. In fact, you can't get there by regular car. And they're sweethearts! Super attentive. I'll just say one thing: are you in doubt between this chalet and another? Choose this one! You won't regret it. I'm still going back!

My husband and I were simply delighted with Viny's place. Really, folks, the house is built on a rock, with glass walls, which provides an incredible view and a lot of privacy, since there are curtains to ensure comfort. The entire wall is an immense rock, and we were delighted with this unique experience of living in such a special environment. Beautiful flowers, picked and placed in glass vases to welcome us, small details that make all the difference.  The kitchen is complete and well-equipped, and the house is cozy, functioning as a true retreat. Its location is excellent, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Viny and Mr. Antônio are good people, attentive and receptive. Without a doubt, it was an incredible experience that I recommend to everyone who wants to experience unforgettable moments in a unique setting.

The cottage has a breathtaking view! Very cozy and functional, it accommodated us very comfortably and we didn't want for anything. Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

We spent a wonderful weekend at the house to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The house is super cozy and well-equipped with everything we need. The bedding is of great quality, and the view of the mountains is simply beautiful — a true retreat. We loved taking the walk to the river early in the morning, it was one of the highlights of the stay. Angelica was extremely attentive and quickly answered all our questions. We definitely recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The casita is delightful. Great location and easy to access. Wonderful view (the best I've seen in SFX so far). Well-decorated, clean and cozy space Very comfortable bed linens, mattress and pillows. The hot tub is very large, very comfortable and works very well. I think it needs to be talked about more in the description, because it was a wonderful surprise for us. The bungalow is actually a house made for the bride and groom, within a complex where there is a ballroom and other lodgings. When there are no parties on site, Vera rents the separate bungalow, so whoever can book the bungalow can stay in a wonderful location with impeccable decor, comfortable, with a beautiful look, unique privacy and enormous attention to detail. The bungalow has a main bathroom with 2 showers and also has a toilet in the living room. The kitchen is complete. The living room and bedroom have heating and cooling air-conditioning that worked very well Complete privacy during the stay Afternoon snack with coffee in the common space Vera's attention to everything we needed and to all the details Another strong point is the king bed Atibaia is a 15-minute drive and is a very complete city We love it and will be back!
