Our ranch is on the banks of the charming sea of mines, located in São José da Barra,but very close to the main sights of Capitólio,a cozy,brand new and complete house to welcome our guests, incredible gourmet area,equipped,with barbecue,stove,fridge and even a brewery all this with the most beautiful view. It accommodates up to 12 people distributed in 3 bedrooms, being an en-suite with a balcony and also a view of Rio. There is a boat with motorboat rides,exiting our float.

Welcome to Casa Gaivotas 95. New house, high standard, located in the Escarpas do Lago condominium, overlooking the wonderful sunset of Morro do Chapéu, close to the best bars and restaurants, 5 en-suites with a double bed and a single bed, all with air-conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, barbecue (Argentine grill), beer maker, heated hot tub, swimming pool with waterfall, garage for 6, full kitchen with all utensils, water purifier, microwave, oven, sandwich maker, blender. Pet OK.

Casa Recanto Escarpas - Enjoy this experience!

Very comfortable summer house, fully integrated with living room, TV room and gourmet area making the atmosphere cozy. Comfortably balcony with sofas, deck with beach pool. It is 15 minutes from Capitolio, next to the Costa Verde marina, contact me to find out the location. I have a speedboat ride (consult) to recommend, straight out of the pier of the condominium. Dam may be lower than in the photos, due to the nature and hydreletrica of Furnas open the floodgates.

The tiny houses are equipped with a bathtub, private pool, king bed, bathroom with view, amenities and rinse! For added convenience, all have a complete kitchen and we offer as courtesy eggs, cheese, coffee powder and other items. We have on-site grocery store and we offer room service.

New house with lake access, containing 6 en-suites overlooking the lake, gourmet space, heated pool. The house accommodates up to 30 people, and an additional charge is made starting from the 16th guest. The house is located in a gated community that provides greater security. We are facing the Terramare peninsula and close to Capitolio and Canions. We also offer new, comfortable and safe boats for rent.

Resort House with Marina - Excellent Location

Very charming house, Resort style! Marina own with Pier for access to lagoon and wet garage by boat. Beautiful Vista and Great Location! It is in front of the Escarpment Club, on the edge of the dam and the cooper track. Leisure area with pool, barbecue, hammock to relax and a wide and beautiful view of Lake Furnas.
