The house is beautiful, it comfortably accommodates 6 people, the location is not in the center, but it is very close, by car it is quiet, the house has a lake full of beautiful fish, a calm and quiet place and excellent cost-benefit. The host was very helpful and the check-in and check-out were very flexible, it met all our needs, I will return more times for sure

Very good stay. The home is quite complete and comfortable. It is on the edge of the dam that has a beautiful look. Although dirt road to reach the access is very good and the roads are well taken care of. The neighborhood has very beautiful houses and a beautiful view. It is close to Itutinga and 25 minutes from Carrancas.

This is my second time staying at this location. I like peace, privacy and a simple and cozy atmosphere. Therefore, this place provides me with all of this. If you choose this place, you will have days of peace. I highly recommend it!

The place is beautiful and super quiet, the place is so cozy that it felt like home, it is very easy to access and the dam is at the end of the condominium, a walk of less than 5 minutes, the neighbors were very friendly and we even made friends, the dam is extremely beautiful. Amanda was very attentive and understanding regarding the checkout, very friendly and gave me the instructions perfectly, I hope to come back more often!

Our experience on this site was simply PERFECT! The place exceeded all our expectations: space is very wide, well cared for, clean and super cozy. The structure is excellent for resting and enjoying incredible moments with friends and family, counting on numerous things to do (such as gym, sauna, heated pool…). In addition, the host João Paulo was extremely attentive, helpful in everything and very flexible, clarified all our questions super fast and always very polite. We hired the part, the cottages of the place to help us with food and daily cleaning and we simply fall in love, they are wonderful people, super polite, neat and who make an out of the ordinary food so tasty. Make our stay even more special. We spent an unforgettable Carnival and we definitely want to go back! We recommend with your eyes closed. Thank you very much for everything! for everything rural

The house is very simple, but very comfortable!! The listing photos match the house, the location is easy to find!! We fished a lot, my family loved it. Josi and her husband Eder are very nice, they treated us very well, they left us an Easter souvenir❤️. I'll come back more often!!!

The rental of the property was exactly as described in the app, a place with a paradisiacal landscape. We rented the house with a group of friends to spend the turn of the year, we were able to hold the supper with a well-equipped kitchen. In addition, the rooms accommodated everyone very well.
