THE "BED AND FRIEND" was born in Bologna in 2016, family-run, managed by Andrea and Valeria. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

We enjoyed the place very much, central yet private and quiet. The view is beautiful. Lorenzo was responsive and friendly.

Very clean & homely apartment. Alfredo was super helpful & responded very quickly. Fridge had bottles of water, yoghurts, drinks & on the side there were also extra snacks which was really nice. Only tiny downside was the walk home at night back to the apartment as it wasn’t well lit & there was a group of young men lingering outside the steps by the door. Obviously totally out of Alfredo’s control but just to note for solo travellers especially female as it made us quite anxious. Once again the apartment was lovely and we would still recommended- thanks Alfredo!

Absolutely beautiful apartment , not far from anything . The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay . Great transport links for the station . A very short distance to walk to the centre of Bologna with its May bars and restaurants . Allessandra as a host is very responsive and friendly . Thank you for a great stay .

This apartment was an absolute dream! From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in comfort and charm. The decor was stylish and inviting, and every amenity we could have hoped for was thoughtfully provided. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local gems. But what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of Arianna, who went above and beyond (sending an extensive list of recommendations) to ensure our stay was memorable. Spotlessly clean, incredibly cozy, and with a host who clearly cares, this is more than just a place to stay – it's an experience. Highly, highly recommended! Arianna notified us well before arrival that the life (elevator) was down for repairs and if this was an issue then a refund would not be an issue, but we proceeded nonetheless, however, we appreciated the prior warning.

I absolutely loved this apartment! I stayed for a week while working remotely and exploring the city, and it couldn’t have been a better base. The internet was super fast and completely reliable, perfect for digital nomads like me. The natural light and large windows made the space feel bright and welcoming throughout the day. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped. The bathroom and kitchen were especially comfortable and convenient. I was visiting during a very hot summer, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, just steps away from all the main tourist spots. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, and I loved strolling under the beautiful Bologna porticos. Federico was beyond kind and thoughtful. He also shared a list of local food recommendations, and every single place I tried was a 10/10. You can tell he really cares about helping his guests have the best experience in Bologna. TYSM Federico for an amazing stay!
