Our stay at Yoder Farm was more than we imagined. Erma was kind and willing to answer all of our questions about the area and was just fun to chat with anytime we wanted. The farm had the cutest alpaca, ducks, chickens, goats, horses and the sweetest dog, Kona. It was the perfect place to escape the city rush and just decompress and enjoy the simple things of life. It’s at the top of our favorite list❤️

What a lovely, comfortable, home away from home. Great communication, nice linens, cozy beds, clean and tidy, definitely would recommend. We were in town for youth baseball and unexpectedly had to stay for a game later in the day. We all know having to pack everything and find a place to "hang out" is no fun. Karen extended our check out time with no issue. That's the kind of host that helps make a road trip easy breezy.

This was our second stay. We enjoy our time and feel at home here. Everything we need is provided and we always have a nice walk through the quiet little town. My only suggestion is to keep your eyes out for the neighbor's dogs across the street if you go out for a walk. That being said, we will still not hesitate to come back.

Went to stay with my parents and I had never used Airbnb before but Clinton made this super easy with very clear instructions. I will definitely remember this as an option when I’m back in town!

This home is tucked away in a quiet setting out in the country. It is private and extremely well maintained. Both the interior & exterior are meticulously kept with no clutter or personal keepsake items in the renters private personal space, which is a Huge draw for us. (nothing to work around). The exterior offers a large yard space for children to run & play, and is free of unnecessary yard ornaments, giving it a clean well kept look overall. We loved sitting on the front or back porch and listening to all the birds singing, at any time of day. The interior space is spacious and has all your needed essentials to stay within this immaculately kept home. (Note - this home is on a dirt road) *Our only disappointment was just one television on site & having it located on the lower level. A beautiful, charming home with a private feel. We enjoyed learning the history of this multi-generational farmhouse, with farmland, equipment, and even chickens in view outside the fully screened sunroom. The hosts were helpful and communicative, and made us feel truly welcome. More than enough space for everyone and everything we needed to settle in for a week. A great find that we’ll definitely be returning to when we’re in the area!
