This is a lovely suite as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Very nicely appointed. Check-in and check-out was seamless and communication was excellent. I highly recommend. We had a fantastic experience staying at Parvin's place! The location is great plus the space was clean and well-maintained. Parvin was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They always responded quickly and efficiently with kindness. We especially appreciated their time and effort when it came to help us with big and small things even when it was late hours into the night. Highly recommend!

Catherine’s place was just as expected; beautiful decor, clean, and spacious. It’s walking distance to the trail and dog park. Catherine was friendly and quickly responded to my inquiries. She also accommodated a late check out, which allowed my husband to continue working from home on the day of our check out. We highly recommend Catherine’s place!

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Ilyia’s place. She was very responsive and really tried to accommodate all our requests. The basement is spacious and the kitchen is lovely. I also really appreciate the painting that she made for our daughter. Thank you Ilyia! Few things I would comment is that the hot tub isn’t very clean. Lotss of dirt and leaves floating which we cleaned before use but we also found a bunch of hair at the bottom of the tub. The backyard chairs and table also need some cleaning. The bedsheets and blankets smelled musty/old which I don’t mind but my kids tend to smell everything and a bit bothered. However overall, we had a fun birthday weekend and I still give it a 5 star. Perfect for small event/gathering. Thanks again Ilyia and Larissa!

Natalya and Victor’s place was outstanding for our extended stay of two weeks, this was our second time there and everything was perfect. It was a 1-50 year snow event this year but very responsive to clear snow. They are lovely caring people that love sharing their home. Quiet neighborhood and strongly recommend your stay in Barrie.

Hamid and Catherine’s place was perfect for our girls’ weekend! The space was spacious, quiet, and clean upon arrival. Directions were clear and easy to follow, and Hamid and Catherine were kind and accommodating hosts. It was the ideal retreat just outside the city, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay.

Amy is a highly hospitable host and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Any queries were responded to swiftly and promptly. The property was clean, with full amenities as listed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting Toronto.

Patricks place was a perfect mini get away thats close around the city! We absolutely loved how private and spacious his place is. The pool and sauna was needed on a hot day! Definitely will come back again!

Beautiful and serene neighborhood - we really enjoyed our daily walks there. Lots of different types of restaurants and grocery stores - only minutes of drive away. The house is better than advertised, wonderfully spacious, and well designed with 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, 7 baths, perfect for family reunions or groups of friends. Susan was a great host. Her instructions and responses were timely, concise, and easy to follow. We had a magnificent time in the house and will definitely stay in it if it is available when we come back in the future.
