Had a great stay at this little cabin in the woods! Cheryl made sure to note any extra things that might be needed to make our stay more comfortable before we checked in so we arrived prepared. This quiet little getaway from the city was a wonderful treat.

An absolutely stunning property run by a wonderful host! Tina was so warm and welcoming, it made us feel truly at home. The cabin itself was well stocked and cozy - so much attention to detail. Tina even helped me start a campfire (one of the warmest ever)! There is also a farm shop on the property with treats, accessible 24×7. The friendly animals all around the farm was the icing on the cake! Recommend this to anyone looking for a special getaway!

My 2 friends and I chose this farm stay because it was centrally located for our quiet weekend away to relax and catch up. We each live about 1.5 hours away from 3 different places. This was the perfect accomodation because it was private, peaceful, yet close to lots of great restaurants and hikes. The hosts were so great, friendly, available, yet gave us our privacy. They were more than happy to introduce us to the animals, and also allowed us to walk the property on our own. We felt instantly at home. It was the perfect place for us to have a relaxing weekend to catch up since we don't get to see each other as often as we'd like. Thank you Josh and Jen - we will be back for sure!

I needed a quick escape from Toronto’s hustle, and this Airbnb was the perfect choice, offering incredible value. It’s close enough to home but feels worlds away from the city’s chaos. The highlight was the fire pit—learning to light a fire was such a fun experience! I didn’t meet the host in person, but their clear instructions made everything seamless. The compost washroom was a bit tricky to navigate at first, but it added to the adventure. My only minor gripe was the bunkie bed’s top bunk feeling a bit cramped with the low roof, though my wife didn’t mind at all. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I’d happily return!

Surprisingly serene location. When we first arrived, we were skeptical based on the proximity to town, but once we settled in we never saw another person and had the opportunity to recharge in a peacefully hidden location.

Huge beautiful space. Very clean. Host was excellent and very responsive and respectful. Would stay here again.

Pearl Lodge was much more than expected: the house sits on a gorgeous property with lots of parking and activities for all ages. The kitchen & bathrooms were spotless, and with multiple bedrooms, it was everything our group needed! Habib was extremely accommodating, and responsive with the questions I had upon check in. Would definitely recommend for larger groups & future guests in the area!

Make sure you read the description really well. If you are a nature lover and are ok without running water this could be fun for you. The porta potty isn’t around the back it’s fairly far in the middle of the night. It’s not heated so dress warmly. We had a magical stay watching the leaves blow across the sky on Halloween night. Fall is definitely the time to stay in this cabin.

We had the most wonderful stay at Emma & Brett’s beautiful cabin — yet again! This was our second visit, and we loved it so much the first time that we brought our parents along this time, who fell in love with the place as well. From the serene location to the cozy ambiance, everything was just perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle of Toronto. It’s a hidden gem — peaceful and secluded, yet still close enough to the city to feel like the perfect weekend getaway. Emma is an exceptional host, always making sure we’re comfortable and have everything we need. We truly appreciated her attention to detail and her warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be back again!
