Spacious cozy suite in the Falls

Spacious, cozy private lower-level suite with over 1,500 sq. ft. of living space. Minutes from Lundy’s Lane, walking distance to restaurants and only a 7-minute drive to Niagara Falls and major attractions. We live upstairs with our children and friendly Goldendoodle. Please note: the suite is not soundproof. You will hear normal household sounds, including footsteps, voices, children and our dog.
