A beautiful and cozy place to gather family and friends to spend a few days away from the city in a quiet environment to the sound of nature, with lots of greenery and, depending on the season, also enjoy the colorful flowers. The place is ideal for having a little rest time to the sound of nature and for small gatherings. It is possible to rent for parties, but there will be an additional charge. We have enough chairs and tables for 40 people and 12 additional single mattresses.

My house is located in Presidente Prudente, near Parque do Povo, with quick access to the city's main attractions. An excellent place to rest with the family, or work from home, with its own spaces for work. The house has a swimming pool and a beautiful barbecue area. The space is extremely clean and organized. It has a TV room, a kitchen with all the utensils, and a garage for up to 2 cars.

There is no garage available, but it is a totally quiet and safe neighborhood in Presidente Prudente.
