Everything was perfect. Bashar provided all information needed for arrival and check-in. He recommended good Restaurants and bars, supermarkets , Taxi-and Tuktuk services - all very useful and to our full satisfaction. The Mangroovy Residence is wonderful with the awesome pool and distance to beach and bar. El Gouna is a beautiful place for relaxing holidays and we will definitely rent again Bashar’s place when we come back to Sandbox Festival. I have to say this was the best holiday I have ever experienced. The apartment was 5 star and the view from the balcony was better than the photos which we thought wouldn't be possible. The El Gouna resort blew us away with its opulence with every restaurant superbly designed and furnished to high standards, and the service everywhere was exceptional. I had to go to hospital with Kidney stones and Bola the Caretaker for Olly stays was unbelievable giving me lifts to and from the hospital. I couldn't fault anything as the attention to detail and cleanliness was spot on. using the tuk tuks was cheap and fun and they could take you anywhere around the resort. we will be definitely returning hopefully next time kidney stone free lol. Beautiful and quiet place

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean, with a beautiful view of the sea and the golf course. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — you can cook your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or take a short ride by golf cart or a walk to nearby hotels and restaurants. The host was very friendly, always helpful, and quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

I had a great experience staying at this apartment! Faisal was very respectful and communicated with us throughout the stay, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The place itself was beautiful — clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The rooms had a lovely sea view, and the corniche was just a short walking distance away. The location is perfect and close to everything. The building is quiet and peaceful, and there’s a private parking spot available, which was very convenient. Faisal also provided all the personal essentials, which made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

It was truly a private, peaceful, and perfect place to escape from everyday life and relax. The heated pool was great, allowing for a swim in the morning and evening. Mahmoud was always kind and responsive to the customers' needs. The hot water worked well, and the kitchen and living room were spacious, making the stay very comfortable. Abdo, who supported us during our stay, was also very kind and did his best to meet all our needs. Thanks to them, it was a wonderful trip. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, clean, and spacious, located in a quiet and relaxing area — exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was very comfortable and located in a nice hotel complex. The location is great - close to cafes, shops and a large supermarket. The flat is renovated, clean, and well-equipped. Everything was convenient and just as described. The host was very helpful and responsive, always ready to give advice and assist when needed. Highly recommended!

Had the best time staying at this Airbnb. Shaden was great and so was Ayman! The location is perfect as it’s close to loads of restaurants. Would hundred percent recommend to anyone going to gouna!

Our stay at Alex and Stephi's was excellent in every way. The place is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Surroundings is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The beach is only a few meters away, and there are comfortable, private loungers – a huge plus for us. Alex and Stephi were incredibly friendly and helpful, always responded quickly and you could tell that they cared about our well-being. We highly recommend the place and would love to come back anytime!
