Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. NZ beach life at it's best - keeping it simple at this peaceful and centrally located self-contained flat. We are a mere 7 minute walk to the beach (~500 metres). Enjoy the sea breezes, the sussuration of the ocean waves and beautiful coastal or estuary walks. There is a park nearby, a surf club, and easily accessible bevy of shops (Four Square grocery, restaurants and bakeries, laundromat, and a spirits store) in Red Beach or venture just a little further to Orewa for more cafes and restaurants
