The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back, plus garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve other meals as well. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
