Our stay was quite quiet and met our need. The house has a cozy atmosphere, with nature helping to maintain the relaxation we needed. Kitchen equipped with everything we need and the sleeping facilities with the air conditioning and light at the point of our expectations. The place is excellent, close to the beach, the kitchen has all the utensils, the rooms are comfortable and the air conditioned works well, in addition the condominium is a wonder, with exceptional neighbors who have welcomed us and. the little house is very cozy. we were greeted by sprig, housekeeper of the place, who gave us some recommendations. it is a small condominium with shared pool and barbecue area. we like it a lot and we intend to come back next year!

House 8, Lucas's house is inside a condominium of many identical houses, it is not a private house but has a very nice neighborhood. The doormen Léo and Galego are very helpful, and Lucas himself is very good at solving any problem. The private pool is very nice to be in the barbecue area. The house is airy and all air-conditioners work well and electric showers. It has solar panels, which is really cool. The place is very quiet, family-friendly and safe, offering a perfect environment to rest. It has a very large common area of the condominium with a leisure area, swimming pools, playground, volleyball court and access to the beach. It even has a fenced area of the beach that is very safe for children. Great place to be with family in the summer!

We didn't come across any surprises, the house really is in accordance with the information in the listing and we enjoyed the days we were there with peace of mind. Cauby is attentive and always available for guidance and clarification of possible doubts. It is well worth taking a few days off at the Vila Velha retreat.

Frederico's place is note 10! Plenty of room for fun, an excellent pool for kids and adults. The house is one step away from all the amenities of Porto: restaurants, craft fair, shops of everything and, especially, the best part of the beach It is not possible to finish without mentioning the cuisine of Mrs. Eliane, beyond marvelous, adding her zeal for the things of the house.
