Extremely clean apartment, very well located, close to important commercial points. Both Joarite and the building's doormen were very kind, attentive and always willing to make us feel supported and at ease. The house offers everything a family needs, utensils in the kitchen, linens, excellent air-conditioning. I will definitely be back!!!!!

The apartment is excellent, very spacious, very well furnished, many useful appliances available, the 4 bedrooms are large and with air-conditioning in all of them, TV, surround sound in the living room… 2 excellent en-suites It easily fits about 10 people inside the apartment, as we were in a group of 4 and there was still room for easy traffic inside the apartment. Communication with Áurea was also very easy, fluid and flexible, helping us at various times. The apartment has a concierge and garage, the garage requires a little patience as it is a little tight especially for large cars, but there is always the doorman who always comes down to assist in the maneuver if necessary. The apartment has 4 bathrooms, 2 en-suites, 1 social and there is one in the laundry room... I just missed a door in the laundry room and it would easily be 4 bathrooms, but nothing much. In short, the apartment is great for groups.

Great option in Recife! Safe Bauru with markets and restaurants nearby. Severino responds quickly and delivers great tips. We'll be back for sure!

Amamos stay onsite. The place is very private and we can be very comfortable. Large Pool for adults and children. And very good. The host has always been in touch with us and giving all the necessary support of what we need. Everything works properly, within the conformes. We did not have a problem with Uber to move around. Supermercados, pharmacies and everything else we need was close, you could walk. Without a doubt, we would stay again and super indicated. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful house, cozy, clean, impeccable hosting, Dona Socorro and Mr. Mario is super welcoming, attentive, concerned with us until the moment we returned and arrived in our city! Close to pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, fairs, malls and beaches. We were received with great affection and pampering! Super recommend it.

Second time I've stayed at Grandma's and I don't regret it. Strategic location. Close to Assaí and RM Express, two Selfits and a Smart nearby. Beautiful, clean space. I had a few minor difficulties as soon as I arrived, but I was immediately assisted by the hosts. Flexibility at checkout was a crucial point for me.

The house itself is spectacular. It makes you never want to leave. Everything organized, all necessary utensils available, linens, towels, everything! Clean pool, everything was too nice. The location is great too, the street is super quiet but there is an avenue that leads to several markets, shops and pharmacies. Luciana and Cristina were super helpful and pleasant to talk to. So everything was perfect. We loved it!

A great experience as always. It met all my expectations and I hope to return again.

Accommodation is just like in the photos. With comfortable beds, full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, blender, sandwich maker), everything! Very good location and very close to the Rio Mar mall. Super friendly, polite and helpful hosts. ❤️

We had a fantastic weekend at Chácara Mirage!!! We were very well received by Cleide and Josenilda gave us all the necessary support and clarifications. The apartment is very close to Boa Viagem beach. There's a restaurant and drugstore right in front. The host was very attentive during our stay.
