The loft is located in the friendly and central neighborhood of Pina, where guests can experience the Recife beach climate, seeing the sea from its window or down to the boardwalk. Comfortable and well decorated Studio in a building with excellent structure and very well located in the neighborhood of Boa Viagem. The building is exceptional with emphasis on the breathtaking Rooftop with heated pool and whirlpool. It also has a gym, smart laundry, mini market, 24-hour reception, coworking, guard volumes and garage. Near the beach (8min walk), the airport (10min drive), bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, beauty salons, barzinhos and pharmacies.

With an excellent location, it is possible to walk to places such as bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, Shopping Center Recife, etc. Not to mention that the beach is a 15-minute walk away!
