Very well located apartment, close to convenient shops and with all the essential features working perfectly (air conditioning, internet, etc. etc...). Highly recommended.

The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and very beautiful, the infrastructure of the building is excellent, with a beautiful view of the rooftop, the location is good with car or uber, but there is no shopping near on foot, it is a region that is being revitalized, for us it was not a problem, which is necessary we use a delivery application.

Impeccable apartment, great building, beautiful landscape

We stayed in the flat on Boa Viagem beach for 7 days and the experience was excellent. The space corresponds exactly to what is described in the app: a clean, organized and functional environment. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for preparing meals on a daily basis, and the place has a good security system, which made us even more relaxed. It is a great option for those who want to spend a few days and for those who are looking for a slightly longer stay. We recommend this flat especially for those who value comfort, practicality and a good location in Recife.

Our stay was very good! Leal's apartment matches the photos in the listing exactly and was clean and organized. Leal responded quickly to all our questions, gave us tips on where to go and eat, was polite and sought to resolve any complications. There is a very complete bakery about 10 minutes' walk from the place, which served us very well. The windows of the apartment isolate well the noises of the avenue. The partial view of the beach is beautiful, and the waterfront is a delight to walk and visit the kiosks/bars (bathing in the area is not recommended). We recommend the stay for leisure and work purposes.

Apartment exactly as in the photos, wonderful location, professional service, very clean and well ventilated. The apartment is very good, complete and the building has all the support. What could be better would be the outside, corridors on the apartment floor need a little renovation, but nothing that gets in the way. The building's restaurant is very good. Great location and cost benefit. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, really a very complete apartment. The highlight is the open and super pleasant balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea of Boa Viagem. The surroundings have great options for dining and bakeries.

The accommodation is extremely complete, in addition to being located in a condominium that offers many leisure options. Access is greatly facilitated by not needing keys and the super quiet neighborhood. Indico very much this accommodation option, myself and my friends feel at home.

The condominium is very nice, the house is good. We had an unforeseen issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed. Communication with the host and the person in charge was very good. I leave as a suggestion, to make it even more cozy, an inclusion of affective decoration items and on the terrace a set of table and comfortable chairs so that guests can comfortably enjoy the climate and breeze that comes from the sea.
