Hello dear interested guests, We offer you this small, approx. 36 square meter apartment in a central location of Issum for overnight stays. The approximately 100-year-old and lovingly renovated house is completely inhabited by nice tenants, except for this small ground floor apartment. Through the rear entrance, the apartment is almost barrier-free, except for an approx. 10 cm step. Behind the house there is a private parking space at your disposal. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests.

Beautiful apartment on the Lower Rhine on a former farm in the main house 2nd floor, in the rural area of the LandLebenStadt Geldern. Location central but quiet in a dead end street. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub with glass shower wall. A second sofa bed is located on the gallery. Child safety: a flap at the top of the stairs.

The building is situated in Geldern between Hartefeld and Vernum, surrounded by meadows and fields, almost in a secluded location. A parking space for your car is directly in front of the house. Everything is equipped with a lot of love for detail. The house is perfect for groups of friends or families because it has 9 beds for adults, a bed for infants and a baby bed. Our apartment is located in the countryside and has a separate entrance with a large forecourt. The very quiet street leads directly past the bicycle route. The apartment is very friendly and comfortably furnished. You have a beautiful view of nature. Parking is available directly at the property. In the immediate vicinity there are riding stables, small forests and a lot of agriculture.
