I had an amazing stay at Randy's place! The stunning views were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent on the property feel like a retreat. The apartment itself is spacious, pristine, and beautifully maintained, providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to prepare meals with ease while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear Randyt takes great pride in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some incredible scenery in a well-appointed home. I can't wait to return! Thank you so much, Randy!

Stayed for 2 weeks in this amazing property. Spectacular view, 5-7 minutes to the beautiful and not overcrowded beach. Very convenient to get to other islands almost from the doorstep. Jason is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect for a quiet escape.

Beautiful home! Looked just like the pictures, so scenic and great location too near many food spots and beaches. No issues with the hill - All our grab drivers were able to drive us up and down. Definitely recommend!

Добрый день! Мы провели в этом жилье 2 недели, нас было трое, 2 взрослых и ребенок 5 лет. С первой минуты мы поняли, что нам повезло, что жилье было свободно на наши даты. В апартаментах очень просторно, большая гостиная, спальня с удобной кроватью, кухня со всем необходимым для готовки. И незабываемая терраса, где мы пили утром кофе с видом на океан, а вечером расслаблялись в джакузи наблюдая закат. В жилье также есть каяки, доска, детские игрушки и т.п., что можно использовать на пляже. Пляж находится прямо у виллы, поэтому, в следующий раз нам понадобится минимальный набор одежды - пару купальников и сланцы - этого вполне достаточно. Пляж чистый, без волн. Район удален от центра, но хорошо работает доставка продуктов, можно получить на следующий день. Рестораны, массаж, аптека есть близко. Хозяин внимателен и отзывчив, реагировал на все наши просьбы незамедлительно. Спасибо Рамону за помощь. Обязательно вернемся. Это было незабываемо.

Nous avons posé nos valises dans ce petit coin de paradis. Calme, à deux pas de la plage, commerce et restaurants accessible en 2 minutes à pied. Ross nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous avons été tout de suite à l'aise, dans une ambiance familiale. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans le logement, une machine à laver à disposition. Il y a également à des jeux de plage, canoé, planches de surf... ce qui a comblé nos deux garçons. Bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit et remercie encore Ross et sa compagne pour leur accueil !

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

Great location. We really liked the outdoor concept. The views were amazing. Perfect for a relaxing vacation on the beach.

The Bungalow is spacious and is equipped with everything you might need and more. The location is unbeatable, right on the Ao Yon beach. It’s also very private with your own parking spot. Michael is a very friendly and proactive host. A great experience which I will definitely want to repeat someday

The best holiday!! The beach house was beautiful.. right on the beach. One can walk the beach side and go to numerous beach clubs, eateries etc. The decor was tasteful, the rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Though the beach house is part of the restaurant, there was no sound. The service was great - very fast and Maxime was very proactive and helpful with all our requests. We have been to Phuket many times and I can say this one was the best stay. Our hangout place was the table outside- for breakfast, play games, watch sunsets and hang out till late in the night. I stayed almost 11 nights at this place and really liked it. It is a bit on a "hill" at the north of patong and therefore quieter than as if you would stay at the center of patong, but you can reach everything well either by walking or with the motorbike (try to get an international driving license before coming to Phuket). The stay was clean and as described, the check-in was easy. I really liked the infinity pool which was often very empty due to the time i stayed (low-season, end of may). The apartment had everything you needed for the house-hold and cooking etc. I had some issues at the beginning with some noise in the bedroom (probably coming from apartments closeby who put some gadgets close to the bedroom) and texted with Georgi (one of the Airbnb Hosts). He answered quickly and wanted to look at it after my stay. He is very good at communicating and very friendly + fast. For the discomfort in the beginning he also gave me a free massage coupon.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

We loved our stay at Mike's place. We were unlucky with the weather for the first few days, so it was great having a large, clean space like Mike's to hang out in. He provided a heap of great recommendations for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

What an amazing experience at Daniel’s place. He is very friendly and responds immediately. The apartment is very clean and private, even better than the pictures.
