Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

The host was very responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the home. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again in the future!

The apartment is small but very complete. It is very convenient to be living next to the mall, where there are dozens of shops and resto's available, just outside the door. The unit was clean and cozy. Note that most cupboards were closed for obviously it is a private apartment of the owner, but there was enough space available to store clothes. The pool and whirlpool downstairs are very nice. Communication with Anty and Muthia was quick and they helped us out nicely when needed. The mattrass is nice, wifi was good enough for work purposes. Definitely recommended. PS: Note that central Jakarta is always full of trafic jams.

highly recommend staying at this place! One of the owners, Dini, was incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We received so much assistance, and the unit itself was well-maintained and organized. I’ll definitely be returning!

The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate. The condo is spacious, my family and I feel very comfortable and also it is easy to commute around. I highly recommended. I will stay again next time.

always love to visit Mrs. Hilma place: peaceful and inspiring. perfect getaway to have a personal retreat, to find oneself again in the busy daily life. and the location surrounding give you time to wander, to find coffee shop and culinary, from street food like tongseng in Cipete street to lovely cafe like Levant Boulangerie.... really look forward to spending time at your place. thank you very much for your hospitality!!

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. The place is comfortable, complete amenities. Although located in a crowded place but not a lot of traffic. Somewhat surprised it turned out that the parking fee was calculated hourly- there was no maximum, with less spacious parking conditions and if it was night it was difficult to park. For 2 nights very worth it and satisfied. Thank you

Endang is a great host and her apartment is perfect for a productive stay in Jakarta. Location is safe, close to the main areas and easy to get around. The view from the apartment is fantastic and there are nice small touches inside to make it a pleasant stay (extra towel, some snacks, and toiletries) Recommended!

Booked this place pretty last minute for an impromptu sleepover with friends (one of us just went through a breakup—yikes), and we’re so glad we chose this place! The host was super communicative and gave very clear instructions throughout. The place was really clean and surprisingly well-stocked with amenities. While a couple of appliances like the microwave and hair dryer weren’t working, everything else more than made up for it. The beds were suuuuuuper comfortable, the showers were great, and the AC worked perfectly. The host was also really thoughtful! There were cold mineral waters ready for us, and even some complimentary snacks, which honestly made it feel even more homey. It was quiet, peaceful, and truly, you could just walk in with your clothes and a pack of Indomie and be good to go! Would definitely recommend 💯 and will definitely book this place again
