Had a wonderfully quiet weekend in "de Snurker". It's exactly what you think it is: quiet, cozy and cozy. Completely recovered from the hustle and bustle in the house this warm cottage. Enjoyed the gas fire bowl outside under the blankets on the comfortable sofa. Do you want to relax for a while? Book this cottage. Our dog Charlie also had a wonderful time here. Was really a plus for us.

Very nice house with great garden. We were here with a group of friends and were able to enjoy the area, also thanks to renting bicycles through Joost. Also close to Den Bosch so everything was nearby. Absolutely recommended!

We would like to thank our hosts Ingrid and Luc for the wonderful time in Balen. When we arrived, Ingrid greeted us with the key and a tour of the house. The place was very clean and quiet - in the middle of the forest, but easy to reach by car. The next day we were allowed to watch a horse feeding and admire the orchard. There is a nice hiking trail nearby, which is recommended. Thank you for the lovely vacation, hospitality and generosity! We will be happy to come back!

Second time we're going to Annelies' house and it's always a pleasure! Annielies is very convenient and we had everything we need in the house. We would definitely come back again!

We liked the decor very much, it is modern and clean. Bathrooms, kitchen, etc. in impeccable condition. The bedrooms had large TVs and air conditioning. The landlords provided us with their grill plus coal twice, which we found very generous. In addition, there are garden games that we were allowed to use. Generally fast uncomplicated communication, all in all there is nothing to complain about here. A perfect stay, we'll definitely come back sometime. Thank you

Had a very nice family weekend in this Pearl in the countryside. Everything was as we expected and Caroline responded quickly, sent tips and was always friendly and easy to reach. For the kids, plenty to do outside, for the parents, plenty to relax. We hope to return next year!

We had a nice short vacation with our dog and cat in Gwen's cottage. Great location to visit Efteling. It all looked like the photos. Everything is tastefully decorated, but not cluttered. The kitchen is a bit outdated, but fits the style of the house. All the necessary equipment is available, we still had to buy a few basics like oil and baking paper. The oven is a bit temperamental, but it's enough to bake rolls or pizza if you have a little patience. 😉 The disadvantage for me was that you can't ventilate downstairs (except by opening the front door). The upper floor is beautifully renovated and bright. The large bedroom even has air conditioning. You can see the age of the bathroom in one place or another (shower wall, silicone joints), but everything was cleaned as best as possible. You have to be careful with the steep stairs. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward and flexible thanks to the key box. Gwen was always available and friendly.

Amazing place and hosts, felt like being at home. the area was just perfect for our family. will definitely come back and recommend to anyone who's after nice, relaxing, loving family holiday.

The tiny house was a quiet, peaceful place to stay with the basic things I needed to feel settled: a great couch, windows onto a beautiful garden, a comfortable bed, a fine kitchen, coffee, and a cozy loft. Sjoukje was a lovely host and went out of her way to accommodate me and make my stay easy. She lent me a bike and gave me lots of advice about the local area. I really appreciate her and my time here.

We spent an extended weekend with 9 people on site and felt immediately comfortable. The accommodation is quiet and yet quickly accessible. It is stylish and equipped with everything you might need. Due to the great weather and our own pool + hot tub, we did not have the need to leave the accommodation for other activities for a second. The pool house with the extra toilets is also really convenient, as no one has to walk through the house wet or dirty. With the fully equipped bar, our drinks were always cool and quickly prepared. It was exactly what we imagined. Communication with Jeanette in advance and also during the stay went great, as did the check-in. She was always available and helped us when we had questions. Thank you for this wonderful time out!

Perla's geusthouse was superb, everything about both Perla and the house was amazing from the moment we got there - beating our expectations for the property and hosting skills. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend this air bnb to anyone looking for a super relaxing, cosy, clean, private, easy to get to and accommodation with plenty of available amenities, including (but not limited to) hot tub, outdoor seating and bbq, cosy well equipped indoor kitchen and living room. 10/10 would stay again!

The house turned out to be wonderful. even better than in the photo. The hosts are very friendly. Everything is done for the convenience of the guests. We really liked it. I highly recommend visiting this house.

We and our dog liked it very much, the pool and garden were very large, deer sometimes came to the property in the middle of the forest! We lacked nothing and the dog had a great time. The vacation rental was super, everything clean and very inviting, we can only recommend it!

From the welcoming till the end our experienxe was extraordinary. Tom is an amazing host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. His property is a pure oasis of relaxation, unique and was beyond of our expectations. There's pool, sauna, bbq, outdoor shower and beautiful seating areas. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a romantic relaxing getaway.

Very clean chalet in a peaceful location. Beautiful views and a nice terrace. The yard is perfect for a BBQ and there are plenty of games to enjoy. It would be even better with a few extra blankets. Liezbeth was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing 2-night stay

Margas house is located in a wonderful surrounding in a beautiful area. Marga was very helpful, especially with information about interesting spots and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would have loved to stay for another week.

The stay is very nicely decorated with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nice base from which to see the many sights of beautiful Brabant. Petra and Cees are lovely people who welcome you very warmly upon your arrival.

What a wonderful place to stay in! My 3 travel companions and I wanted to have a relaxing night after being on the festival fields of Graspop the entire day. With soft beds, a home-like environment and a clean house that was easily achieved. Resting our poor legs and feet in this house was an excellent experience, making it a worthwhile investment to go to a festival. If we were to go to GMM again, which is likely, we'd sure be looking into this location again. But I think that's going to be a bit harder since I recommend other festival-goers (and other holidayers) to go to the place Hanne has available for you. Hanne's flexibility in communication was something that stood out for us too. We were exceptionally tired on our third day and had to replan our check-out time, to making our schedule achievable. Which wasn't a problem at all! She helped replan and was lenient in our suggestions. That made our day, honestly, giving us more time to breathe. Thank you Hanne for the experience!

Lander's place was exactly like the photos. Clean and cozy and very conveniently located to walk around town. Lander was easy and friendly and helpful with communication. I would definitely recommend and would gladly start here again

As more mature Graspopgangers, we were looking for something quiet with sufficient comfort at a reasonable price and that is exactly what we found. beautiful location, nature, tranquility, good accommodation, friendly host. highly recommended!

Had a lovely long weekend. The chalet and outside area was incredible! Had everything you needed! Made me feel right at home. Not much around the area but close to other towns etc.. We would 100% return and recommend 😊

We were kindly and well received by Yves. Very clear explanation about the use of the accommodations. The stay was very idyllically located in a forest on the property and the road to it is amusing by the horses, sheep and swans. Yves is easy to find on the property and always available if we had any questions. He also gave us tips on things to do nearby several times. We highly recommend this stay!
