Studiokaksio jakautuu kahdeksi huoneeksi makuuhuoneen liukuovella. Mukavan sopiva asunto sopii kahdelle henkilölle, mutta kolmas henkilö mahtuu nukkumaan olohuoneen sohvalle, joka avautuu sängyksi.

Kauppakeskus Columbus ja Kulttuurikeskus Vuotalo sijaitsevat Vuosaaren keskustassa vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Kadun toisella puolella on lähikauppa.
