Parking for vehicles in a gated area, video surveillance. Quiet courtyard, barbecues, tables. Toilets, showers (with hot water) and kitchen (42 sq. m.) are shared. The kitchen has 3 gas stoves, refrigerators, necessary kitchen and tableware. Kurortnoe, Odessa region, Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district.

The Alice recreation center is located in the village of Kurortnoe, Odessa region, only 500 meters from the sea. We offer an inexpensive, comfortable vacation. We have 2, 3 and 4-bed rooms. There is a large shared kitchen with air conditioning where you can cook your own meals, free Wi-Fi, parking. We have been working since 2019. There are tables with a barbecue on the territory of the recreation center. Not far from our center there is a bus station, cafe, market, and pharmacy.

The villa is located on a cliff with a beautiful view of the sea and the Budak estuary. The beach is a 5-minute drive away. Even closer are shops, pharmacy, market with food and goods for the sea. The entire area adjacent to the house (20 acres) is at your disposal: a barbecue, a football and basketball court, a tennis table under a canopy. There is a parking space (up to 6 cars). The house has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed and armchairs.

A room is furnished with two single beds draped in light blue blankets. A colorful rug covers the wooden floor, and patterned curtains adorn a window, allowing natural light to filter through. A vintage chandelier hangs from the ceiling.
