The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic if you want to experience amazing scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!

If you need to charge the car I have a charging box, let me know and we will figure it out for compensation. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.

We found this atypical place, an alliance of charm and elegance combining comfort and beauty. The bedding is very comfortable and the small garden overlooking the sea delighted us. The environment is just beautiful for those who love nature. We are delighted to have discovered this "little corner" of paradise in Sweden and thank you for recommending the Karin restaurant.

Very nice house in a perfect location. Well-equipped kitchen, fresh bathrooms and several different social areas. Beautifully decorated with a personal touch - it was easy to feel at home. Outdoors, there are several nice patios. Lovely to eat breakfast in the morning sun overlooking the sea! There are several restaurants within walking distance and also a well-stocked grocery store. We would be glad to come back!
