Wirklich ein sehr schönes Studio, in einer sicheren Anlage und mit allen Komfort den man braucht. Für die in alle Himmelsrichtungen verteilten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt die Anlage sehr zentral. Nach anstrengenden Tagen haben wir den Pool nicht mehr genutzt, aber dafür sehr gut geschlafen. Maya war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir können nur eine Empfehlung abgeben und kommen bestimmt wieder.

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

Amazing views of sea and lake. Lots of windows that allowed ample sunlight in. Fantastic grocery story downstairs called Grandiose. Decent pool and gym. Easy to get around to Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Fast enough WiFi to work comfortably (as a professional). I would recommend it.

I’d highly recommend Feteen’s apartment. The location is fantastic—right opposite the metro entrance, on the marina, and just a short walk to JBR. There’s so much to do and see in the area, making it a perfect base for exploring Dubai. Feteen was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Excellent value for money. Packed with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds. Sofas were huge enough for 3 people to sleep on. Great communication with Mohammed. Allocated parking space was a great plus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Felt right at home

This apartment is well-equipped and has a very convenient location: there are several food supermarkets and public transport stops nearby and also a tourist working area of Dubai Marina. The swimming pool is heated and clean. The host was helpful, attentive and obliging. Highly recommend!
