Vacation rentals in Raposos

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

Beautiful apartment with incredible view, well located and very clean and comfortable. The hydromassage is a super plus! Lili received us very well during the check in and was very attentive and responsive throughout the stay. It would be there again for sure!

The property is quietly located, well equipped and very clean. David and Katia are very accommodating hosts. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

"We had a very pleasant stay. The house was very clean and smelling. The highlight is the third floor, with an excellent leisure area, including barbecue and swimming pool. It is important to note that the leisure area is at the top, accessible by stairs, which can be a point of attention for those who have difficulty in locomotion or reduced mobility. The bed and sofa are very simple and could be more comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The gourmet area of the pool is shared with the host's house, which was very attentive and respectful of our privacy. However, if you seek 100% privacy, it is important to be aware that the space is shared, but this has not hindered our stay at all. In the leisure area, there are security cameras, wood-burning stove, grills, freezer, a hammock to relax and a great shower."

What a wonderful place!!!! The loft itself is amazing! I would say that in person it can be even more beautiful than in the photos. Super complete kitchen, wonderful structure. The bathroom is beautiful! Henrique was extremely attentive from the moment of booking, and gave very clear and accurate information. João welcomed us at check-in and was very nice and helpful to us! The place guarantees total privacy and quiet. This is one of those places you don't want to leave, it's so beautiful! It would surely come back many times.

What a WONDERFUL stay! Amazing place, cozy, welcoming. The house was clean, they left a wonderful breakfast table, I enjoyed it a lot, it was enough for two days and there was still some left. Everything's perfect. I'll be back soon, you can be sure. ❤️

Luma was extremely attentive, Rosana was also super attentive and proactive with responses and information. The place is heavenly, quiet with a beautiful view and very close to the waterfalls.

My stay was amazing! The self checkin is always very useful, as it makes the entrance and exit of the apartment more flexible. The location is amazing, with many options of restaurants and market. And better than that all is the comfort of the apartment.
