This 2 bedroom apartment has a beautiful view, it feels like you are on the ocean. “The photos don’t do the view justice” The apartment is spacious and one thing is for sure; everything works. outdoor area is lovely for a braai/bbq. It is a 200 meter walk to the main margate beach and if you like fishing this is the place to be. It is a neat and tidy apartment with panoramic ocean views. The added bonus is that parking is free and safe. Uncapped WiFi included - easy to work from home.

We had a wonderful time at Cheryl's place. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bay and coastal forest views are amazing and we loved watching the rock hyraxes on the lawn below. The complex has an excellent location with the best beach access and is well-maintained with a sparkling swimming pool and clean braai facilities. The unit is on the second floor and the route to the Blue Flag beach is via a somewhat steep stairway, which brings you directly to Trafalgar Surf Life Saving Club. Trafalgar is beautiful with excellent swimming, rock pools during low tide and a long stretch of open beach towards Mpenjati Nature Reserve. If you are looking for a place to eat, try the Rustic Yard at Mac Banana, or if you prefer something more upmarket, consider the Trattoria La Terrazza in Southbroom. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 children. We will for sure be back!

A Stay to Remember – Truly Magical! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible holiday home last week, renting out the main house along with the two charming cottages. From the moment we made our initial enquiry on Airbnb, we were blown away by the professionalism and high level of service. With so much online fraud these days, we were understandably nervous about booking and paying online, but their clear and secure registration and payment protocols immediately put us at ease. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our wonderful hostess, Louise. From the first interaction, she made us feel completely comfortable — she was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Affectionately known as “The Old Dame,” is nothing short of magical. You can feel all the love and personality in every detail. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! We had such a wonderful stay at this spacious, private and comfortable flat! Marianne was fantastic—communication was excellent, and she was so friendly, making us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we could not have asked for a better host - Marianne is an absolute delight! The flat itself was absolutely spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed—it truly felt like a "home from home." Marianne gave us access to her secure garage for our vehicle, we had access to Netflix, WiFi, outside sun lounger and dining/braai area. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the beach, a local restaurant and pub. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Marianne for such a lovely time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Mevlynne had thought of every little detail—from extra blankets and toiletries and fully stocked kitchen supplies. The property itself is incredibly peaceful, with beautifully maintained grounds and spotless amenities throughout. Whenever we had a question, he was always available and responded almost instantly, which made everything so easy. The only thing to note is that there’s no Wi-Fi on-site, so you’ll need to purchase mobile data if you want to stream TV. That said, we found it actually perfect—who wants to binge Netflix on holiday anyway? We spent our time exploring, relaxing, and truly disconnecting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, well‑appointed getaway!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Cottage Barry. Der Bungalow war gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Nur das Schloss der Eingangstür hat uns immer wieder Probleme gemacht. Das Servicepersonal, dass auf dem Gelände und im Bungalow arbeitet ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war einfach, sie hat immer sofort reagiert.
