It has two double walk-through bedrooms, one with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. The separate kitchen has an entrance from the yard. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, electric double cooker with oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, outdoor seating. All rooms have entrances from the yard.
