Villa vacation rentals in Railay Beach

Not sure 1000 characters will be enough, but I’ll try: Punch and her partner, Wayne, were EXTREMELY helpful and their customer service is on par with that of 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at in big cities. We came to Krabi to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hosts played an integral part in helping me coordinate a special day for my love. Punch secured a private boat tour and very special lunch and reservations for us at “Lae Lay” restaurant at Phulay Bay, and a wonderfully decadent chocolate cake from a local cafe. Wayne about took his last breath blowing up loads of balloons to surprise Leila with on the boat. We joined Punch’s awesome yoga class on Saturday morning as well. The fridge was well stocked with water, milk, juice, and beer. The villa itself was stupendous! Very clean, organized and luxurious. It is a little secluded, but we used the local taxi man to get around. There are also several cafes located nearby. I 10000% recommend a stay with Punch and Wayne. We will be back!

We stayed at the Villa in the resort. the bathrooms and bedrooms were extremely clean and well maintained. The resort had lots of cats near the entrance which were extremely friendly. If you're a pet lover, you'll love the vibe near the entrance. the place is surrounded by lots of greenery which might attract bugs during the nights if the doors are left open.

The place was amazing! Pat was very helpful to feel right at home. Lots of water bottles, so that you dont have to visit a 7-11 right after check in. The private pool was wonderful, deeper than 4ft. Checkout was seamless. House was spotless and spacious. All equipment was new and worked seamlessly. Did not face any hurdles. Huge dustbin to dispose off garbage. TV and sound system was plug n play and seamless to connect your own stuff. Living room sofa and carpet were so soft! Spacious bedroom. No electricity disconnections. Only downside was that a washing machine was missing, but its fair as it wasn't mentioned in the listing as well. But I believe Pat would have accomodated if I needed to. Would visit again 100%.

villa antonia was stunning. it was huge and had everything in it as stated. my friends and I had a great time there. the only downside was that drivers might find it hard to locate this place. there are also some bug issues but that is expected considering that the place is surrounded by greenery. the host was extremely responsive even late into the night when we experienced a flood in the toilet. the handyman was already asleep but the host assured us that they will be by in the morning to check on it and they did just that. extensive kitchen equipments available which was helpful when we wanted to heat up some of the food we bought back. really highly recommend villa antonia to big groups visiting krabi and want a quiet peaceful space at the end of activity filled days.

Finn was a phenomenal host. Accommodating and respectful. Place was very clean, assisted us with transportation and much more. One of the best hosts I’ve encountered on AirBNB

Great host and accommodation

Great house. Russell was really helpful with everything and all the instructions were very clear. Only 10 minutes from all the shops and restaurant which is very cheap to get to and from. Would definitely stay here again.

That's exactly what I expect from an Airbnb rental. We stayed 1 week in Ash's villa. From the start Ash was very available and gave us check-in instructions. We were greeted by Tree, who takes care of the house and Ash put us in touch with a scooter rental company that I also recommend for both kindness and professionalism. The villa is very beautiful and although it is close to the lively center (5/10 min by scooter), it is sufficiently remote to be quiet. Real calm, away from the tourist crowds. During the stay, Ash and Tree were always very responsive and considerate. Finally, Ash recommended some restaurants nearby and we were not disappointed by any of the ones we tried.

This stunning three-bedroom, two-story apartment is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in—especially at such an affordable price! Why didn’t I know of this place earlier!!! It features a private pool with breathtaking 360° views of nature, outdoor showers, and a spectacular sunrise right from the bedroom. Plus, the option to have breakfast served in the apartment made the stay even more special. I will definitely be visiting again!

Great penthouse villa, house was clean, spacious with a lovely pool. Situated in a great location approx 10-15 walk to Ao nang beach but also situated in a private peaceful location. Mrs Prakong was a great help and always available to assist with any needs we had.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Eight Palm Villa. The villa is absolutely perfect for group gatherings. It is an extremely peaceful and beautiful spot. The villas are pristine and extremely well provisioned. They had everything that we needed to host beautiful family meals and have many laughs around the swimming pool and billiard table. Every detail has been thought of with the villa layout. The rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds, great showers and great aircon. Snowy was extremely attentive and helped us book transport, meals and activities. We had a wonderful time visiting the elephants and had some incredible meals out in the local area. All of the staff at the villas were wonderful. Our family is already talking about the next family holiday at Eight Palm. We cannot wait to return!

This was our absolute favorite accommodation throughout our entire trip! The location is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t even show how incredible it is. The service is 5 star, the entire villa is lovely and the pool was a wow moment. We opted for a private dinner in our villa and the food was the best that we had the entire 7 days in Thailand. You must stay here if you are in Krabi.

Absolutely phenomenal 5-star stay! We recently spent four incredible days at this villa in Krabi, and it exceeded every expectation. The service was truly excellent – Orapin and Mrs. Prakong were so attentive, friendly, and their response times were incredibly fast for any request we had. They even included complimentary water during our stay. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, a true paradise. What really made our trip seamless and enjoyable was how easy it was to plan and book excursions, in-villa massages, and shuttle services directly through them. Everything was handled efficiently, allowing us to relax and make the most of our time exploring stunning Krabi. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and are already dreaming of our return!

A beautiful villa that blends in with nature but yet only a 15 min drive to busy area (shops, restaurant, beach). It had all the modern facilities, 4 spacious bedrooms, large seating area. It was so peaceful and quiet and a stunning design. The Manager was very helpful providing information and local recommendations prior to arriving and also during our stay. I highly recommend this place,

Wonderful place with an astonishing sunset view

We booked out all 3 villas as a group of 7 guys and we all managed to have our own room to sleep in. The facilities were great, everything was clean, and the villa felt very private even whilst being close to the action. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the main walking street and a 5 minute bike ride at most. Our host Poo went above and beyond! She was able to provide all of us bikes on the 1st morning, getting rid of the admin of finding a place with 7 available bikes, avoiding the deposit fees, and having the bikes delivered and picked up. The bikes were provided at market price too! She also cooked breakfast every morning as well as helped book all our airport taxis and ferry to Phi Phi. Definitely the best host we had our whole Thailand trip. Definitely reccomend! 5/5!

Zoo’s place was immaculate! I didn’t want to leave. It was definitely secluded like I expected it to be. The food was top notch. Service was impeccable. The pool is really clean but the way it drops at an angle, I was a bit nervous since I’m not a good swimmer. I just wet my feet, but other than that, it was superb especially for the price to get all of this elegance like a 5-star hotel, but better since it was more personal. The service was amazing! Loved it!

The listing indicated a villa on a secluded beach. We had no idea how much. The first 7/11 is about a dozen kms away. This being said, it is possible to find "small shops" run by much closer premises, even if they cannot provide for all needs. As for the villa itself, it was perfect. Clean, well kept and well-equipped The place is a quiet Olympian, the beautiful sunsets. What about proximity to the sea? That's fantastic. We all loved it. Special mention to Mrs. Marat (the lady who takes care of the villas), very welcoming, easy and helpful, for all our needs and/or requests! Thanks so much for everything. To summarize, we did not think it was such a secluded place, but despite that, the stay was more and morepleasant, and the villa and its great swimming pool at the top! I hope to be able to come back.

Absolutely perfect stay! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The location was great, and the little details made a big difference — it’s clear the host puts a lot of care into the space. Perfect spot for a group getaway! The space was cozy and well-kept, and the beds were surprisingly comfy. It was a great budget-friendly option that didn’t feel like we were cutting corners. The host was easy to communicate with, which made things even smoother.

Nice place to stay can accommodate 4 people well so good value. Good safe location and friendly hosts and staff. Perfect for family’s or travellers in a group. Safe and secure Locks could be easier to use only thing. Highly recommend
