A walking track in front of the house meanders through the development and passes The Hut cafe 100m up the road. The laid back vibe of Raglan town is a short 20 minute walk away which is filled with trendy shops, cafes and restaurants.

Located on the main beach road — traffic can be heard day and night, so not ideal for light sleepers, though fans are available for white noise.
