Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Racha-Lechkhumi and Lower Svaneti

The house was fantastic, brand new. We've spend 2 nights. Very comfortable. Enough space, comfortable beds and pillows. Great fireplace, very useful in winter season!

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

Everything was great, the place is exactly as described and the host was very responsive. Please pay attention to the location, the point in Airbnb was incorrect (the host sent the right one). One shower/toilet for 10 guests is a bit inconvenient, it would be great if there was another one.

A great option for a quiet family vacation. A large house with a large, beautiful territory and unreal views. A closed courtyard with parking. Everything is way better than in the photos. There is everything you need for your stay ( dishes, bathroom amenities, hairdryer,slippers and much more. Everything is perfectly clean. The heaters were turned on by the time we arrived, it was very comfortable . We will definitely be back for a longer period. Thank you to the hosts for this space

This was really good stay! The place is a two floor old Georgian house with garden in a small village on the hills of Racha. The interior of the house is authentic old for the house in the village, but in the great condition, everything is fully functional and the impression was just wow. Tbh I haven't seen a house in Georgian village in such a good condition and fully equipped, as this one. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and comfortable as well. The pictures missing the garden - bonfire place, grill, chaise loungers, beautiful view on the Rioni valley. Private parking place. Eugenia was extremely nice and caring, waited for our late arrival and helped with local tips. Around there are small and simple local sights - waterfalls, caves, walking paths. We had a walk to the waterfalls and even swam there. The path to the house ends with about 20 mins on the country rocky road, so if you are getting there with the city car, get ready for a shake. Definitely would stay again!

I liked everything, there is an entrance to Martville Canyon nearby . The host helped to get groceries in the evening (everything was already closed by the evening ). The sound of a waterfall is nice. a small disadvantage that does not treat the house, the road next to the house is a little wild , I hope the government will make a new road to the Martvilli Canyon from the house

Very well equipped, clean and cozy apartment with an amazing view to the snow-capped mountains. The place is situated next to a river, the air is crystal clear. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time and definitely recommend the apartment.

A beautiful place with very nice landlords. We were helped and we also played a lot with the dog and the children. The mountains around are fantastic! Clear recommendation!

on earth or somewhere is heaven, this is Racha, if you want to relax in this paradise, visit Anna. anna's cottages are located in Georgia and its beautiful corner one of Racha's outstanding landmarks just a 5-minute drive from the Temple of Nikorsminda. the cottages and terrace have panoramic views of the beautiful mountains. ana and Ilia have a lot to think about the comfort of their guests, find many interesting and often museum items in the space, in a beautiful courtyard, and in a cafe in the courtyard. there is a corner for the BBQ. privately worthy of the bassinet on the terrace, making it even more enjoyable to spend the minutes there. ana and Ilya are very friendly and attentive. my family and I will make your time at this hotel memorable.

This place exceeded our expectations. There is a BEAUTIFUL canyon right below it. The house is on a property with a few others and has a restaurant which was so wonderful. We ate dinner and breakfast there. The bedding was comfy and we really enjoyed our short time there. Bring some snacks for the puppies! They were so cute and hung out with us on the hammocks.

We had a wonderful weekend in this house and had a wedding. Everything looks even better than in the photos. House, forest, privacy, air. Everything is perfect. I wanted to stay there forever
