Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rabat-Sale-Zemmour-Zaer

Would 100% recommend to stay at Hakima’s place. We had 12 days there - 4 adults and 4 kids (age 2, 6, 6 and 8) - and we had everything we wanted and more.

We loved staying at Jason‘s beautiful house and had a very peaceful and relaxing time there. The view is stunning and you can people watch or see the sunset right from the roof terrace. The neighborhood is picturesque and everything can be found in walking distance.

A wonderful human and it was very useful. The place is very nice to recommend and we will come back again. Thank you.

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

Great place, great host, perfect location—highly recommend!

We had a great time at this beautiful villa nestled in the Benslimane golf course. The setting is pleasant and peaceful, with a beautiful sunny outdoor pool and a well-maintained garden. We particularly appreciated the host's attention on arrival, such as water, coffee capsules, sodas... The kitchen is well equipped, with dishes and high chairs for children, which was very helpful to us. In short, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, as if we were at home. A big thank you to Anass for his warm welcome and to Sophie for all the useful information and exchanges throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back.

Had a very nice stay. Views were stunning, we overlooked the Atlantic ocean. In this way, I wake up to everyone. Amina was very kind and proactive. We were asked several times if we had a good time and if we needed anything else. I recommend everyone to stay here, the center of Rabat is in a driving distance (15-20 min). Thank you Amina for the good care, we will definitely come back again.

Very nice apartment with a magnificent view of the ocean and the pool. The beach is within walking distance, there are cafes and restaurants, as well as a grocery/bakery that can be helpful. Keyless access (with code) is appreciated and simplifies things upon arrival. Residence secured and supervised on all sides. 25/30min from Rabat by car. The terrace of the apartment is large enough to spend time with family. The host, Reda, is accessible and responsive. Basically, a place I recommend without hesitating;-)

Very friendly host, accommodating, excellent hosting, host available during the stay. Very cocooning accommodation, very clean, the essentials are in the accommodation. As far as the location is concerned, it is located in the city center, several points of interest within walking distance. You can rent a home with peace of mind. I would highly recommend it. Ayoub was a very kind and responsive host. Well located accommodation, Marina 5 min walk with a wide choice of restaurants, 1 pharmacy, really a nice neighborhood. A Super U 2 minutes away, tram 5 minutes walk away, which serves the best known neighborhoods. Very quiet, clean and secure residence, with a children's playground. The negative points in my opinion: In view of the price and the standing, the cleaning should be more thorough, the kitchen furniture was still all sticky, the dishwasher is rusty inside, with cutlery left in it in bulk. Dust/dirt in the bathrooms + the condition of the toilets needs to be reviewed and the broken brushes changed. Construction defect with the living room French windows, they are less wide than the space created to install them so air passes through. Finally, it lacks basic amenities like a coffee maker, simple pans, a hair dryer... Other than that everything was perfect, these are just small adjustments to make.☺️

A great apartment. Well equipped, bright rooms, with blinds for the night, parking under the apartment, beach just a sidewalk away, pool clean. Fantastic. We'll be back.

Its location makes it the best place to go swimming and watch sunset and enjoy the ocean. The host “Lubna” was kind and responsive and very friendly. Surely, I will come back.

Our stay at Jamel's place was the best throughout our trip and in Rabat he saved our vacation. After we had a terrible place to stay where we didn't want to stay, we searched again and came across Jamel, who welcomed us to his apartment within a very short time. The medina can be reached within a 5-minute walk, a supermarket is nearby. Everything perfect...especially the terrace invites you to relax. Thanks Jamel!

I’ve travelled to Morocco many times and this was the first time I’ve decided to go Airbnb instead of hotels! I must say being away from the typical destinations was worth it. The accommodation was at a high standard with an easy access to the beach and a Golf course. The location is very family friendly and the host was a great as she helped us to easily organise local trips to Rabat and Casablanca. We had a great time at Zakaria's. The accommodation was as described, the children loved the pool and were able to play with the other children in the residence. Small convenience stores are very much appreciated. Rabat city center is a 20-minute drive away, very easy to access. A beach is close to the apartment. Zakaria was a very considerate and pleasant host. We recommend housing

A charming mezzanine accommodation, both fun and peaceful, to relax, but we took it to work, and we used two available desks. Host is extremely warm. see you next time.
