Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rabat

Loved our stay here. Super clean and very well equipped. Extra comfy beds and we felt very relaxed. We arrived late but had clear instructions on how to get in to the property. Andy also allowed us to store our bags after check out so we could go to Mdina before heading on to Gozo - made life so much easier. Highly recommend a stay here.

We (family of 4) just returned from a wonderful stay at Aaron’s property in Gozo. The property is a converted farm-house, full of rustic charm, traditional architectural features, and a deceptively large space (which could easily accommodate a group twice the size of ours). The property is well located to explore the island (particularly if you have access to a hire car, as the property has an adjacent garage/car port which opens onto the narrow street). Pretty much everywhere on the island can be accessed by a 10-20 min drive, with frequent buses also available from Xaghra. Beaches such as Ramla Bay, San Blas, and Dahlet Quorrot are a short hop away, and if the NW wind is blowing, you can easily access the east and south coasts of the island. The pool area is great for kids and adults, offering privacy, and enough space to cool off. The pool gets direct sunlight from mid morning to mid afternoon. We would happily choose to stay at Aaron’s property again in the future!

Wonderful place. Felt right at home. The kitchen is FULLY equiped. The indoor pool is amazing. The outdoor area is also great. We did not get to use it much as it was cold ! Arnold is a great host. Very responsive. We had a lovely start to the New Year ❤️ Thank you.

Firstly Antoinette’s communication was second to none. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, very friendly. Her place completely matches description & photos. It’s a quiet location a short walk to the town which has everything you need. We used uber to get around which was reasonable and usually arrived in minutes from booking. We will definitely return to this Villa. The pools were lovely and clean. We paid for use of indoor pool which was nice as weather was nice but not warm enough for use of outdoor pool. This was our first visit to Malta and it’s didn’t disappoint every area offers something different , people are friendly. Thank you Antoinette for a lovely stay and for getting in touch as soon as your found my sons wallet after we left and we was at the airport. Your offer to post it on was kind of you.

We had a great stay with 10 people. Rooms where nice and clean with large living room, dining room and kitchen. Most of all loved the large and deep pool that most other places did not offer with max depth of 2,4m. We also liked the grill area that we used in the evening to make food and sit outside. Only small complaint would be the pool man being there a bit early and making noice before 8 am (might be just a light sleeper problem) and the hair dryers did not work.

I enjoyed my stay and found it relaxing. The jacuzzi on the top floor terrace is amazing and is a great place to relax. The terrace next to the main bedroom is also a nice spot. The garden was lovely. My only words of warning are that the stairs to the bedrooms and roof terrace are very steep spiral stairs. Someone with mobility problems or young children would have difficulty using them. The bathrooms were lovely and air con in the bedrooms was much welcomed.

Het is een mooi royaal, modern en erg schoon huis met een mooie ligging waar het prima vertoeven is. Zowel binnen als buiten heel goed verzorgd. De communicatie is snel en vriendelijk. De dingen waar we tegenaanliepen bijv. ( lekkend) koffiezet apparaat) werden super snel opgelost en door een nieuw apparaat vervangen . Degene die kwam was een lieverd en was zeer oplossingsgericht

Nice flat with sunny terrace at excellent location near Spinola bay.

We spent 5 weeks Feb-March in this apartment, and it met all of our expectations. Clean, with comfortable seating for 4, (something often lacking in holiday rentals) and all necessary facilities to allow us to cook for ourselves when required. An abundance of excellent local bars and restaurants with exceptionally friendly attentive staff made dining out a pleasure. The access to transport to all attractions across the island was also very welcome, with a bus stop across the road and the ferry a 5 minute walk away, and a constant stram of Bolt taxis on hand when required. The walks along the waterfront to St Julians and Valetta are very pleasant with interesting sights along the way, and recommended. We had the added bonus of being in Malta for Carnivale which was breathtaking. Minor queries were responded to promptly by Tina with friendly communication when required.

Amazing! The facility was situated perfectly in Rabat just a five minute walk from Mdina and in the heart of the Rabat community. Instructions were clear and the house clean. Such a rare experience to stay in an authentic Maltese house. Thank you so much for the tips and food left for us!

Public transport is easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the rest of Malta. Yet, the apartment is quiet and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat after a day of adventure. Stanley himself is the ideal host—attentive, welcoming, and always ready to provide helpful recommendations or assistance. Whether you're sipping coffee on the charming balcony or relaxing in the cosy living area, every moment spent there is a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend Stanley's apartment to anyone seeking a relaxing, memorable stay in Malta.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the location was fantastic—just a few meters down the road and you’re at the sea and promenade. The view was amazing, and public transport was conveniently nearby. Totally recommend it.

Stanovanje nam je bilo izredno udobno in praktično, primerno za 4 člasno družino dovolj udobno pa bi bilo tudi za 6 oseb. V stavbi je mirno in tudi soseska se nam je zdela precej mirna. Stanovanje je dobro opremljeno. Mogoče bi bi bilo dobro zamenjati nekaj posod, vendar se mi zdi, da je to tudi vse kar bi koga lahko motilo. Gostitielj nam je tudi za doplačilo ponudil garažo, kar je po mojem kar nujno, če najamete avto. V okolici je težje najti parkirni prostor. Stanovanje ima čudovit razgled na staro cerkev. Avtobunsa postaja je zelo blizu, kar je priročno za tiste, ki nameravate se po otoku voziti z avtobusom. Sim nam je vnaprej poslal lepo pripravljena navodila, kjer nas je tudi usmeril na destinacije po otoku, ki ih je vredno obiskati. To nam je zelo pomagalo, čeprev smo si načrt sami že prej pripravili. Na vsa vprašanja nam je Sim odgovoril hitro in jasno. Mi smo bili zelo zadovoljni z bivanjem. Hvala.

The first I want to say BIG THANK YOU to Andrea - apartments just Perfect! Location is perfect to have the best holiday. You will have around where to swim, where to get sun tan, many nice restaurant to eat, to do shopping, enjoy the view. Everything in hand distance, also 2 metres and will have bus stop. Apartments by it self just 10 of 10 🤩🤩 Love Everything we had - hudge rooms, lots of space, air conditioner in each room, kitchen have more than everything, quite and private, comfortable bed in the bedroom, good smell in the rooms, and OMG what a view from terrace ❤️.... just incredible.... i could spend all my holidays only sitting in this terrace. 😃🙈😃 i can recommend this apartments to everyone, who want quality and comfortable stay. Just perfect 👍👍👍👍

Dom Duncana to piękne miejsce.Doskonale wyposażony i świetna lokalizacja.Blisko centrum ale cicho i spokojnie. Klimat średniowieczny. Wspaniale odrestaurowany dom ma wszystko co potrzebne do dobrego pobytu.Duncan jest świetnym gospodarzem.Polecamy wszystkim.

We have just come back from a wonderful 9 nights at Marthese's place. The place was so spacious and had everything you could need and more. Marthese has taken the time to write out clear instructions for everything. The place was spotless, the beds were really comfortable and the cherry on the cake was the pool. We swam every morning, even in October! Qala has some lovely restaurants, of which we ate at two. D Bar, and Kaputa, both were really lovely. We found a little gem of a bakery, which was just a door and you turned up and paid EUR for a loaf of amazing bread! We ate at an amazing restaurant called The View in Zebbug, which was a little drive away about 25mins but it was worth it. We went in the evening and ate on the terraced but I would imagine the view in the day would be amazing. Hondoq beach is only 7 mins in the car and is such a lovely little bay with a really good beach café. We've had a lovely time and can't wait to come back soon.

Spacious villa with a beautiful view. Rooms are spacious with loads of storage. Kitchen well equipped. Big living-room/dining area. Large terrace with a pool, BBQ and sitting area. Game room is a great addition. Perfect villa for a group. Host very pleasant and responds quickly.

Es war ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt im Haus von Jean Paul. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und man fühlt sich direkt wohl dort. Die Kommunikation mit Jean Paul war super. Er hat schnell geantwortet und war auch bei allen anderen Fragen schnell behilflich. Wir durften sogar später aus checken, weil unser Flug erst am späten Nachmittag startete. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde sie jedes mal wieder buchen.

Nella caotica Malta , un angolo di pace e tranquillità in un appartamento molto silenzioso . La piscina poi completa l'esperienza positiva . Nessun problema per l'auto facilmente parcheggiabile davanti all'appartamento . Consigliatissimo !!

Janina uns Simon sind beide super nett. Wir konnten Simon persönlich kennen lernen, Janina per Mail. Sie hat mir sofort meinem Wunsch erfüllt, nach einer zusätzlichen Decke / Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen, alles war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wenn wir Gozo nochmal bereisen, kommen wir wieder zu euch. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, nicht weit entfernt befindet sich aber eine Bushaltestelle, und das Meer. Ein Lidl für den täglichen Einkauf findet man in ca.5 km. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen, Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig hier / Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei euch. Liebe Grüße, Kerstin und Dirk

Mariella and Fabian were great hosts, friendly, professional and very responsive. We spent a week at Mariella and Fabian’s place in Fort Chambray, Gozo. The apartment is comfortable, modern and impeccably clean. Lots of effort put into detail, like USB charging ports, superb lighting and excellent appliances. The setting is a combo of wonderful seaside compound inclusive of a fantastic pool and sea views with an eerie atmosphere of an old military fort. Absolutely recommended!!!!

What a lovely place to stay, great to have the pool to relax by. It was useful to have a well stocked supermarket within walking distance that stocked many brands catering for food intolerances, and a kitchen with everything needed to prepare and cook easily.

This property is a gem, an oasis of calm in the busy town of Tarxiem. The appartment is self contained away from the host's house, with asingle room bed/sitting and diner and an en suite with shower. There is a small kitchenette downstairs, beside the pool. The adjacent pool and poolside is very secluded and private with plenty of space for relaxing and eating. Communicating with Karen was easy and very helpful. We're already hoping to make a return trip sometime.
