The unit is located in an upscale neighbourhood -- green, quiet and peaceful. It's an easy walk to the sea as well as several small commercial centres with cafes, grocery, etc. There is free parking on the street -- not to be counted on in Israel! The unit, while small, is well laid out and furnished, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is particularly well appointed. The hosts provided a variety of coffees and teas, snacks and fruits, cold drinks, and cooking essentials (oil, salt, and pepper.) As clearly stated in the listing, access is via a very steep stairway, which some might find challenging. Rami and Neria are excellent hosts, helpful and available, but unobtrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Boutique Apt, beach front location

Ofer's apartment has a great location. It is the first building back from the beach. Walk exactly a minute. There are a lot of Georgian, Russian, Ukrainian restaurants nearby, because this is the city of Bat-Yam, if you know Israel, you will understand what I mean. Bat Yam is dominated by the population from the former USSR. There are also many shops nearby. A 5-minute walk to the light metro stop (very convenient and quick to get to the center of Tel Aviv) We stayed in Ofer's apartment for a month. He is a very responsive host. He brought everything we needed in five minutes: chairs, additional dishes. There is always available free parking in the yard. We always managed to park the car without any problems. There were plenty of spare linens and towels in the house. Please note: There is no bomb shelter in the apartment, there are also no windows in the house, there are also windows in the stairwell entrance on both sides. It wasn't very comfortable during the siren. And a little dirty windows (which covers the magnificent view from the window, there are bird marks on the windowsills outside)

Keren is a wonderful host: she responds quickly to questions, is proactive and helpful and she left us a nice welcome food package (she even asked what type of milk we drink and left two cartons of it in the fridge!). The house is beautiful with a lovely garden, the kitchen well equipped, the living spaces are bright and spacious. Thank you Keren, we will be back!

Our stay at Mordehai's apartment went extremely well! The exceptional location (two minutes from the kikar on foot) , the cleanliness and responsiveness of Mordehai made us feel extremely comfortable! The beds, meanwhile, are very comfortable, which is an important criteria for my husband. The bedrooms and the living room are delicately scented which brings all the more softness and freshness! Warm and charming villa by the beach

Adi's place is perfect! We are a family that travels a lot and this house is stunning and we enjoyed it very much. The house is special with small details and lots of investment, there are lots of games for children in a yard and it is a short distance from the sea. Communication with Adi was excellent, it is lovely and hosted us in a very caring way and thought of every detail. Highly recommend!

Magical house in the countryside

Guy’s home was so perfect for us. It was very clean, spacious, kid friendly, and close to our family. It is on a beautiful farm property which really makes the experience that much more fun, as we’d walk around admiring the amazing eucalyptus trees lining the back of the property and sing to the cows next door. Guy was an exceptional host, meeting us rather late in the evening as the travel delays amounted. He met us there personally and showed us everything. During the stay, we’d have questions come up and he was extremely responsive - you could tell that he was very much present for us if we needed something. If you are looking to enjoy a true Israeli farm/Moshav experience and want to be close to all the great sights of Israel, but not entrenched in the business of the city, I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Guy!

Marvelous experience with Guy. He is the most responsive, helpful, accommodating and nicest host we have ever stayed at- anywhere and at any time! He personally went way above and beyond any expectations. The space is wonderfully set up and perfect for us (a couple) with more room if needed. The decor is very tasteful high end and convenient with the best shower pressure we have ever experienced (not many may care, but it’s a thing with us…). Loved it! We stayed at Doron's beautiful home for 10 days while visiting family in the area. The house itself was so spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen and outdoor garden space. Communication was so easy and Doron was such a gracious host. There is a grocery store, Cafe and playground within a 5 minute easy walk. Lovely stay, lovely host, absolutely recommend. Thank you Doron for everything!!

Stephanie is a wonderful host, very responsive & very eager to please. We rented her multi-story, spacious, kosher home for a big family get together weeekend & Stephanie provided necessities for babies through adults. As this is Stephanie’s own home, there was more than enough of everything needed.

A spacious roof terrace is adorned with lush greenery and colorful flowers. A hammock hangs between support beams, providing a relaxed seating option. In the background, a panoramic view of the sea can be seen, with light filtering through the nearby foliage.

We had an amazing stay at Dafna’s 3 bedroom penthouse! It was well designed and felt very welcoming. The kitchen had everything, including a large dining table and amazing rooftop patio full of plants and views of the city - our favorite spot for a sunrise or sunset! The wifi worked well with 3 desks to get some work done, including a seperate office space. Dafna was a great host!

The appartment is great. Location Cant be better, full equiped kitchen and nice decorated. It was my 5th time in TLV and definetely will stay here next time. Reut was súper nice all the time and always concerned about my accomodation. The only down side Is the wifi (súper slow).

The apartment is amazing! Very close to the beach, clean, comfortable and beautiful. The parking spot is convenient and easy to use. I would definitely stay here again. Idith is a gracious host and was very accommodating to our requests. My only note is for families with toddlers - there are many stairs in the apartment.

We lost our key to the parking but the host helped us out very much. He booked a taxi for us and then he solved the problem with the parking and drove our rental car to the AirPort. Such a hero!

Liron is a fantastic host! Always reachable and clearly doing his best to make it a great stay. The apartment is of great value - literally being a 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool was fantastic and very Corona safe which was a pleasure. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were nice. I would definitely come back!

The house was very clean and welcoming and the hosts were always available and very responsive. We came with 3 kids ages 5 till 2 years old and it was very convenient, we had everything we needed and the kids had lots of books and toys.

I came to Omar to get ready for my wedding! Of course, she didn't ask because it's a wedding no extra payment, which brides are constantly encountered. We got a clean and tidy home! With a stunning rustic atmosphere that also photographed excellent. Omar was always available to us and the place just answered us the need. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a coffee machine and capsules. There is plenty of parking on the street. It is also important to note that the stairs to the top floor are narrow and curling up (like stairs to an attic like this), we didn't mind at all.
