The house is in Piratininga, a very cozy and quiet neighborhood. Located on the second block of Piratininga beach (approximately 3 min walk) on a very wooded and quiet residential street. It has a great swimming pool surrounded by a very nice garden, barbecue and pool loungers to better serve the leisure space. House with Wi-Fi, suites on the ground floor and second floor, all with Split and fan. NOTE: The space has a caretaker for the maintenance of the pool and garden.
