Pat is a Superhost Extraordinaire! Felt at home in charming and comfortable house. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks too! The space is super clean with towels galore. Pat has thought of everything and more .... Cannot ask for a more thoughtful and generous host! The location is walkable to Brown University and parking is convenient on premises. There is even an outdoor space to relax (weather permitting). Wifi worked great. Thank you for making our stay in Providence so enjoyable!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! This is by far our favorite rental. We rented it last year and it was awesome this year it even topped it. The location is incredible, from almost every room in the house you can see the ocean, the minute you pull up into the parking spot., You see the ocean you hear the ocean it's beautiful. The interior of the house is immaculate and very welcoming. We had everything we needed including cooking utensils and dinnerware,and extra blankets for when we sat out on the deck at night!! Helena is such a wonderful host! My family and I are so glad we found this house, we will be renting it yearly!!!

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

This home is absolutely stunning! perfectly laid out for guests. Comfy, cozy, spectacular views. So much to do in downtown Plymouth! Very walkable ! The home was immaculate! The hosts were very communicative and helpful! They have thought of everything you could possibly need! We had an amazing girls weekend away!
