we had a relaxing time at Boris's home. Slept comfortably, cook and do laundry before our trip back home. Centrally located and can walk to shopping. Safe, excellent neighborhood for kids to walk to playground.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! It was exactly as described clean, spacious, and perfect for our large group. The location was great, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We’d absolutely love to come back and would definitely recommend this place to others!

The views and the cabin were amazing!!! Loved waking up to the amazing view and sound of the birds. Alex the caretaker is always the when needed.

I greatly appreciate how quick & responsive the hosts were during our stay. A couple hiccups came up but they were quickly rectified/fixed because of how quick, efficient and proactive Chris & fellow co-hosts were so we truly can’t take away one star. The house was exactly as pictured and was incredibly clean. It’s not easy to find a home in a gated & private community with a hot water tank so we incredibly appreciated having a working hot water tank. To note, the hot water got hot quickly. We also appreciated the potable water faucet and how there was a closet full of available clean towels, bed linens, beach towels, etc. It didn’t feel like we were restricted to “one towel each” during our stay which was really nice. Truly a comfortable and clean stay - 5/5 stars. Thank you again!

My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

Very local walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Great location and very clean place. Host was very responsive and lobby personnel were very nice and informative.

It was my first time staying here, and I would highly recommended, very clean, friendly staff at the entrance of the building. I will come back again.

Clean space, walkable area with little bistro places of about 20 minutes walking distance. Beautiful view, quiet community. I would only suggest adding some cleaning supplies like vacuum and mop which can be needed for longer stays. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Traveled from the US with 2 very Americanized children and they felt at home. The view was breathtaking and totally worth the stay!

The place was incredible and well equipped! Elena was super helpful, attentive and friendly. She even met up with me when I forgot something at the apartment after I checked out. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is how difficult it can be to get Ubers to come pick you up sometimes and there can be a lot of traffic in the area but if you rent your own car and avoid rush hour, you won’t deal with any of these issues! Excellent experience.

Cassie was such an AMAZING host !!!! This is my 3rd time here . The pictures didnt do the home any justice it was such more beautiful in person. This is our third stay for a good reason and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! We had an amazing stay at Ray’s & Karlamaria’s place! The apartment was spotless, well equipped with a good personal taste and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Ray and Karlamaria are outstanding hosts, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and great communication! I will definitely stay with you in my next trip.

It is a really sweet house!!! We can see the host is running it very carefully. They prepared lots of little things to welcome us. Everything you need, it's easy to find here. And the location is also perfect, there are lots of nice restaurants near here. Francisco also let us to storge our luggages, it's very kind! In a word, everything is perfect! I will definately choose this again for my future stay.

This is the perfect place, secure, private, clean close to main roads this is a must stay for me whenever I am in town!
