You'll also find tons of delicious specialty restaurants like Sushi, Puerto Rican, Mex, Chinese, and BBQ. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and neighborly in a well kept close net community. The home is very comfortable with A/C’s in every room. The 3rd bedroom has no window. Temp missing tiles in kitchen area.

Beautiful small, fully independent apartment (there are 5 in total), with a separate entrance. Each has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, air conditioning, parking decorated with murals, and a large patio. Cable TV and Netflix. Close to everything! Supermarkets, across from Hima San Pablo Hospital, pharmacies, minutes from Seven Seas Beach. This apartment, #4, does not have a living room, but the others do. We have solar equipment so we don't have power outages.

Sorry our house is not qualified for wheelchairs, as showed in the pictures there are many areas that have steps.
