Vacation rentals with a patio in Quebrada Fajardo

We loved the location, we were close enough to the marina to take a ferry out to the island. We hit the bioluminescent bay at Laguna Grande and also went hiking to some waterfalls in el yunque while we stayed here for a few days. This is about 45 minutes from the airport which wasn’t too far after a long travel day. My kids liked the pool and sport court that is out the back door. We found lots of yummy food. Highly recommend las Vistas cafe- make a reservation for lunch or breakfast- nicest owner, best food!! This location is very bright at night, bring an eye mask haha

Great place to stay! The space is beautiful and we were able to easily walk to local restaurants and activities, as well as easily drive to activities further away. Perfect for what we needed!

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was everything we could have hoped for—beautifully designed with great attention to detail, fully equipped with everything we needed, and sparkling clean. The view was simply stunning!!! Our host, Beverly, was incredibly responsive and friendly. We happened to stay during a power outage that affected the whole island, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect. It’s a quiet, peaceful area with great amenities and easy access to incredible attractions like the ferry to Culebra and El Yunque National Park. Thank you, Beverly, for an unforgettable stay! We’ll definitely be back!

Excelente lugar , a 12 minutos ride to the ferry , 10 minutes to las croabas. Quiet place to rest . Washer and dryer for convenience of people traveling. I enjoy the place .

Our stay was everything and more at Natalia's! The neighborhood is adorable, walkable and features tons of great restaurants. The location is perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or even try out the other property on the premises. Thank you again Natalia and Sean! 💖

Maria’s place is up in the 28th floor of a locked condo, with your own private balcony facing the ocean. Honestly can’t get much better than that!! The first thing we noticed upon entering, even before the ocean view, was just how adorably decorated this place was. It’s probably the cutest Airbnb I’ve ever been to! The unit is small but was just fine for the two of us and had everything we needed. We didn’t need to communicate with Maria much but she was responsive when we did. If you’re looking to stay near beaches, the bio bay and the rainforest, this is a good bet.

This place is beautiful and she has thought of every detail to make this visit amazing!! I have rented many places and her place is exceptional! Beds were so comfortable, everything is updated and well kept, and she has thought of everything. She is very good at communicating and responsive. I love the view of the marina and water from the spacious balcony!!! Would definitely book here again!!

Jack is the epitome of a SUPER HOST!!! Accepted a last minute reservation and the house was immaculately clean, well stocked and presented as advertised. This will now be my famimy's go to property when visiting Puerto Rico. Jack made sure to meet our family and make so many fabulous recommendations.

Desiree was a wonderful host. I was stranded at 8pm due to another booking gone wrong and her place was available for immediate check in! The house was clean and welcoming. Her beautiful pool was easy to use, clean, and just as pictured. Desiree is located just minutes from where many ferries and boat tours depart as well as local bakeries and restaurants. As a solo traveller her home felt safe, and I cannot wait to return with my family and friends! I would definitely recommend Desiree's home!!!

We really liked the apartments. It was very nice having two separate apartments. Angel also ensured that we had everything needed for the beach. (Umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels) This saved us money and time. There is a little road noise but if you close the bedroom door at night, this is a non-issue. Entering through the gate is a little tricky. The gate itself is accordion style so once you figure that out, it’s less difficult to get in. We definitely recommend Angel’s location when visiting Puerto Rico.

We had an incredible experience with Rafael . He is very friendly attentive and helpful. The place is outstanding very clean and new. Neighbor hood it’s very quiet and neighbors are nice and friendly. If you stay here you will feel safe and you will have everything close by. 7 seas , Walmart , Walgreens ,gas stations and many restaurants to go to. Also the natural reserve and Kayak experience is minutes away. We will definitely be coming back soon!! Thanks Rafael.

We booked this very last minute as our previous booking did not work out. Jessica was so helpful and got us set up within 2 hours of placing the request. The house is wonderful. I can’t think of anything else that would be needed. It was spotless and so very well equipped for people of all ages. There are wonderful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

loved the place, great location easy to get to the Rainforest and seven sea beach. easy drive to local restaurants and there is a great bakery just 5 min walk down the street. highly recommend Elisa's place. Great host and has everything you need to go to the beach and feel right at home.

Excellent place, comfortable, clean, and organized. The well stocked and equipped kitchen. There is a mall and places to eat nearby. Our 3 teens loved the place (and me too). We definitely come back. Thank you Frank!!!!

My stay was fantastic! Upon my arrival there was an island-wide blackout and Hector was very quick to inform me about power to the building. He quickly put my nerves at ease and provided supplies for my stay. Thankfully the power came back in less than 12 hours, and everything was in working order. I have to say, the view is pretty incredible. Almost feels like you’re on the balcony of a cruise ship! The bedroom air conditioning was great. The kitchen had great cooking utensils, pots, pans, and plates, and even had coffee, creamer, and sugar for the perfect cup of coffee. Now I will say, the walk up the stairs from the parking lot to the lobby was a little confusing at first, but once I found my way, it was pretty easy. Also had really great WiFi with a tv that streams anything you want from your phone. And one of the best touches was that there were beach supplies to use! And a cooler too! By far an awesome stay. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to the island.

Stayed here for two nights to visit El Yunque and Kayak the bio bay. It's a great location for both and has plenty of safe easy parking in a gated lot. The views from the room are great and the pool is massive. Some of the reviews from previous years mention there was no A/C in the living room, but this has been resolved as there is now a second A/C unit in the living room. On Friday night the bar down by the water had live music which could easily be heard in the bedroom. Upon closer inspection one of the window pieces was missing, which allowed the sound to come in like the window was open. The bar eventually closed and it wasn't too big of a deal for sleeping. The host was notified to hopefully repair the window for future guests

We were so happy that we found the Blue Pearl in Luquillo. The location is exactly as pictured - we already miss listening to the waves all day. The building is totally gated and felt very secure - with a pool that we had access to all the time and we we always happened to have it to ourself. The surrounding neighborhood has so much to explore. We ordered pizza out. My wife and I loved having drinks at the super neat outdoor dining area one minute away, and Boardriders had one the best meals of the trip for us. The apartment itself is very clean and roomy. The room air conditioners keep it very cool. The closet was well equipped with beach gear, cleaning supplies as needed, washer/dryer, and so much more. We had everything we needed. Every room had a smart tv hooked up to the internet. The balcony. Wow. The balcony with a hammock and seating area was a major highlight! Damaris was very communicative and available quickly. She anticipated needs, and was just so pleasant and helpful!

This unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space, comfy beds and linens, a stocked kitchen and beautiful view. Cold AC in both bedrooms, but not in the living room. Secure building with elevators. Slightly dated but clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the location is next to a very busy marina, there is often noise and loud music from the boats and the restaurant next door but it stopped by midnight or so. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views…clear instructions, clean condo, tons to do in the area both walkable and short drives. The host was communicative, assuring that all was well. I had no issues. I enjoyed a beautiful view, peace, and quiet with many options for entertainment outdoors. The lake there connecting with ocean was cool to see. Tons of walking on the beach opportunities. My favorite part was the balcony…the view…the breeze…and a cozy clean space.

We had a terrific stay. The apartment is actually nicer than the photos make it look - beautifully decorated with lots of room to spread out and be comfortable, and everything you need in terms of kitchenware, beach towels, a bluetooth speaker, coolers, and beach chairs. Of course, it was the view and the pools that we came for - and they were both absolutely fantastic. Make sure you carve out time just to hang out at the infinity pool and definitely book ahead for any snorkeling or bioluminescent tours (we didn't and regretted it). Overall a really terrific stay and a great host -- we will absolutely be coming back!

Beautiful clean place, close to restaurants and beaches. Pool was nice but make sure you enjoy in the morning because the sun sets at the front of the building. I loved that they provided beach chairs and coolers! Would stay here again for sure.
