Beautiful modern home with quality amenities and beautiful finishes. The house was clean upon arrival, no complaints. The exterior with its swimming pool, terrace and magnificent rooftop sea view are a real advantage. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Check-in instructions are clear, host is available and responsive if needed.

A haven of peace in a very beautiful villa that is both very functional and tastefully decorated. Five of us stayed at Marion’s place for two weeks in a work stint in Mauritius. It was perfect. Marion was super helpful and accommodating, even helped us get a car for the stay. Wendy the cleaner was also amazing! Thank you so much!

Wonderful stay in a quiet, secure property, surrounded by sugar canes. Tropical birds and plants punctuated our days. We felt at home: ultra complete kitchen equipment, including a Weber BBQ grill... hot water booster... Canal Sat. The pool oscillates between 26 and 30 degrees. What about the hospitality and kindness of the owners, Ginette and Martin? Always listening, good advice, we were welcomed as guests! Anyway, great! A car is essential, ask Ginette for advice.

Fell in love with this place! walking distance to a peaceful beach, super close to the supermarket ie a minute drive (walkable too) , close to well known restaurants .. a real hidden gem!

Beautiful villa in a private residence and under surveillance. Shared pool available. Very well-equipped villa and very attentive and very responsive host. A big thank you to Venice and Robert who made our stay easier.

Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

We had a nice stay, beautiful place quiet and safe. Closeness to the beach, restaurants and others. I will be happy to recommend this place.

Our family with two small children stayed at Yanish’s place for two weeks at the end of January/begining of February. The stay was very pleasant, the appartment was spot on like in the description on AirBnb and in the photos. Very clean. The aircon is superb. Yanish and his wife are very friendly and helpful, they even provided the baby chair upon our request. We highly recommend Yanish’s place and would return again.

Great stay!!! Beautiful view of the lagoon. Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. Guy is very responsive, responds quickly to requests. Guy arranged the airport transfer for us as well as the car rental. Great stay at Sanjay's! The place is comfortable, clean, located in a very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The beach is very close, the bus is about ten minutes walk to Grand Baie or Mont Choisy. There are other properties in the building but no promiscuity, the shared pool and garden are very nice. It's just missing a place to put a table outside so everything is perfect! Definitely recommend.

But the real highlight was the private rooftop with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views of Flic en Flac and the mountains—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The apartment itself was impeccably designed, with a fantastic kitchen, a cozy sitting room, and top-notch amenities. It’s kid-friendly too, making it perfect for families—we’re already planning our return! Now, about Ian: he’s simply the best host we’ve ever had. When minor issues arose (Netflix setup and a rooftop power socket), he resolved them instantly—think electricians on speed dial and a brand-new firestick for Netflix. His attentiveness, warmth, and efficiency turned an amazing stay into a perfect one. Book this place without hesitation—you’ll thank me later!
